The awesome view from the balcony or the room itself for the largest rooms. Wonderful, mesmorising views. The rooms are large and spacious with a kitchen area for large groups to cook to cut down on expenses.

Overall, everything was o.k.

Clean comfortable and spacious room. We got a room with a balcony with an amazing view of the Interlaken area. It is not a fancy hotel, however, I personally liked it very much.

During the summer months, a fan will be useful.

The room was as advertised with stunning views of the mountain. Vlad and Ana were great and sent useful instruction before checkin and were amazing hosts during our stay!

Hotel is clean but is starts to wear out. On the 1st night we did not have WiFi on 3rd floor, next day it was OK.

Vlad is very attentive host - he equiped us with great suggestions for day travel, sightseeing and logistics. My teenage kids especially appreciated to have a meal in Hooters in Interlaken. :)

Charge is a bit expensive. But I can understand that might be the norm during the hot travel season in Interlaken area....

We had to alternate between one of the nightstand lights and powering multiple devices due to a limited number of outlets. Additional outlets or on the lamps would be nice.

Vlad and Ana were wonderful hosts with great suggestions on what to do in the area. Their staff was very helpful with luggage and directions as well! The view was gorgeous and right next to the bus stop.

You can bring slippers or house shoes with you for cold days. Unfortunately, the bed was very squeaky.

It was an apartment with a stunning view, and it was spacious enough for us to stay comfortably as a family. There was also a cooktop and other kitchen utensils, so we could easily prepare some meals. We reached it easily from Interlaken, and I can truly say the view was absolutely spectacular. The host, Vlad, welcomed us warmly and explained everything in detail. He also recommended a few places to visit.

Vlad and Aua are truly some of the friendliest Europeans we’ve ever met. They helped us so much during our trip! Originally, we just planned to visit Schilthorn, but thanks to their generous recommendations, we ended up exploring so many beautiful places in Switzerland that we would have never known about. If we ever get the chance to visit again, we’ll definitely come back!

I wished the view from the balcony was a bit better. We were on the first floor and there was a huge building across the street that interrupted the view, but still could see the distant mountains!

I loved the hosts! They were so friendly and gave us a whole rundown of everything to do! The location was perfect for what we wanted.

Although access requires using the staircase, the team was incredibly kind and assisted us with our luggage, making the experience much easier. Their support and hospitality truly made a difference.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the breathtaking morning view was an unforgettable highlight. The place was well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Checkin process was a bit lengthy. Due to confusion of where the entrance of the reception was, we found ourselves misplaced in the building and were subjected to some rude remarks by the staff who were unaware of our identity. It does not matter the race, colour or ethnicity, rudeness was uncalled for.

The view of the Eiger, Monch and the Jungfraujoch was phenomenal. The unit had a long balcony accessible from living room and bedroom. Very convenient to get on the bus. Very homely feel during our stay. We stayed for 3 days and it was not enough. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return. Beatenberg is a beautiful town with a distinct charm. The views, oh the views!

We loved everything!

The hotel is at a very nice location where you can view the lake Thun and the mountains. As a family we stayed in a dublex apartment which was very comfortable and authentic. The apartment had a full kitchen, which is very convenient. Vlad was very helpful and responsive. Whenever I asked something to the property via Booking.com before I arrived, I got instant replies. I loved the hospitality of the hotel.
