There is an on going construction outside the building. But it’s understandable. The shower design was awkward. Water leaked everywhere during shower.

This is not really a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) unless the kids are really little. The room is small and it has 2 small bunker beds. It is Ok to sleep on the top bunker bed, only if you are not afraid of heights (pun intended, but accurate). Also only 2 charging outlets in a room which presumably is for 4 prople. Come on, we live in the smart phone era… I understand this is Zermat, Switzerland and everything is overpriced, but even so the price for this room was way too much for its value. Glad that we stayed there just for one night.

Many of the lights didn’t work (two in the kitchen and the bathroom one was glitchy and only worked when the cabinet was open). The top bunk was narrow and didn’t have a rail. We did not feel comfortable with either of our children up there (we moved the mattress to the floor). The lock box numbers were getting worn and the numbers were hard to see.

We loved the location: it’s not far from the train station, the grocery store, and the Gronergrot. It was very clean. Check in was easy. There’s an elevator right next to the door which made it easy with lots of heavy luggage.

1. We were 4 adults and we found the room too small for us. It would be perfect for a couple. 2. No bathroom amenities

It was a modern apartment, with all basic amenities for cooking. It was cosy and had a balcony, although you can't see the Matterhorn from there. The bathroom was great, had a bath tub. But besides hand soap there was no shampoo, conditioner or body gel. We had to purchase all that. The location is great, just about 5 mins walk from the train station.

The only negative I can think if is that the boot heaters in the ski room didn't seem to be working, boots were cold and still damp in the morning, and that is a building facility not the owner's, but hopefully they will fix it. Other than that everything was nearly perfect!

The apartment is a cozy and well furnished room with a full kitchen corner and everything you need to save some money by cooking at home for dinner and preparing snacks for the slopes. We started with 3 in the room and my wife joined at the end of the week, that worked comfortably with the large queen bed and two bunk beds for the kids. I didn't look at it closely while booking, but was pleased to find the property was conveniently close to the Zermatt-Sunegga train/lift, we took that almost every day and from there could easily connect to the entire ski area including Furi/Trockener Steg and the Glacier Paradise. Also not far from the Zermatt Bahnhof. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive.

Well to be honest the only thing lacking was in the bathroom. No shower gel nor shampoo. As a hotelier myself, I fell these things should be provided or at least mentioned that they aren’t,at the time of the booking.

Very good situated, just a couple of minutes from the train station. Check-in was very easy and the host very responsive.

Poor lighting, could not get out one side of the bed as it was against the window, could not lock courtyard door, no extra blankets.

Studio Brunnmatt was perfect for our two night stay. The fridge and full kitchen made is it so we could buy groceries for breakfast and snacks. The place was very conveniently located in Zermatt. It was very clean and could comfortably sleep 4 people. Christophe was great about communication. The room was ready for us when we got into town and checking in was a breeze. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

Hospitality is an industry and you need to be trained for it . So anyone just renting out their apartment without knowing anything about it is kind of a big problem. There was a kitchen space without any amenities in it. No microwave , The cooking pans and pots were in a very unhealthy state, with the top layers being chipped off . I would have thrown the whole lot long back . It was unusable.Coffee machine was in a sad state , few coffee pods.

Location was good. Place was decent with an outdoor space . You could see Matterhorn by just taking a few steps from the appartment.
