The location is excellent with a great view over the town. The host was most helpful and easy to contact. The apartment was well equipped for our short stay.

To get there is a 15 min walk uphill (obviously makes sense for the area) which can be a little challenging for elderly people or maybe someone with movement impairments, the host did say that there's an option for an elevator nearby that could solve some of this but it was not available when we arrived.

The apartment was super nice and cozy, the view from the terrace was beautiful. Everything was nice and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice small studio, nicely fitted with new/modern furniture and well equipped with all necessary tools (all kitchen stuff, dishwasher, nespresso machine (with a few capsules offered), modern oven, toaster, etc.) Bathroom well fitted, hairdryer included etc. The studio itself is rather small but boasts a quite large terrace that can be enjoyed in good weather. As the studio is high uphill, the views on Zermatt are magnificent. Luckily we didn’t need to climb up with the skis and baggage, as we could use the elevator of a hotel next to the house. This was much appreciated. The owner explained the directions and the check-in very well on WhatsApp and she was very responsive in our communication. Overall, much recommended for two persons.

The host doesn’t respond to inquiries on booking.com and provide the exact location and check-in instructions via booking, email, or text in advance. It wasn’t until late at night, after dragging two large suitcases uphill for over half an hour, that I finally reached the host by phone and learned about the studio location elevator. This made me and my family anxious before check-in, as I worried we might end up without a place to stay. I hope this process can be improved in the future.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with essentials like an oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, hairdryer, towels, and stable Wi-Fi. The direct elevator to town (actually part of the neighboring Omnia Hotel) is a huge plus. Without it, reaching the apartment on foot would involve a strenuous uphill climb. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about the elevator or how to check in on the day of arrival, so we spent a long time climbing slopes and stairs in the evening to find the place, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it’s a quiet room with great views, conveniently close to the train station, and fully equipped. I would recommend it to friends as a good place to stay.

Property was advertised with a washing machine but this was no longer available.

Beautiful cosy apartment with great views over Zermatt township. Close to everything. Easy walking distance from train. Host was helpful and gave good directions to property.

Clean and well maintained studio apartment with a beautiful balcony and stunning view. Perfect for one or two people (while lovely, the studio is quite small). The location is great for access to start the glacier trail. It’s an uphill walk to the studio so best not to bring a large/heavy bag. Loved the Nespresso machine!

Little things around the studio had been overlooked, e.g kitchen bin was full, kitchen sink was dirty and the toilet was not clean on arrival. Washing machine is no longer available for guests, although a host reply in the ‘question’ section states that a washing machine and dryer are available.

Comfortable studio, great kitchen and bedding. Excellent location just a short 5min walk into town. Lovely outdoor area with seating and amazing views.

Beware it's quite a way up some steep paths, ignore Google maps (takes you to an inaccessible entrance) and follow directions from the host for the last part. Had to chase check-in instructions twice on day of arrival (no response to my message here in booking.com). The studio, although fine for us, and nothing to complain about, is nothing fancy, and a bit dated.

Bianca was very helpful when we were effected by a weather event in Zermatt. There was no entry into Zermatt and we were stuck in Tasch at the railway station. We didn't know when Zermatt would open. We had to take accomadation in Tasch for 1 night. Bianca had no hesitation agreeing to a refund for our accomadation in Zermatt for this night. Luckily we made it to Zermatt for the remaining two nights.

Coffee machine was available but the coffee tasted and smelled funny. Didn't enjoy that.

Better directions to find the property! No flat screen TV, as advertised, an ipad was provided. A lamp, wardrobe, cardboard boxes and TV were left on the balcony and needed removing. A light is needed by the sofa.

Bianca was extremely helpful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The apartment, bedlinen etc were clean.

Pillows were too soft, but while there weren't more available to use the sofa had two cushions to put below, but this happened on all our accommodations in Switzerland for some reason.

The location and views and balcony are reslly impressive, I woke up earlier just to see the sunrise properly and the town come to life, and very accesible through the provided lift. Lots of dishes and pans which was appreciated as we cooked a couple of dinners to save money, and enough coffee available for the machine. Very warm in plein winter too. Really recommend it
