Mold in the shower. Spa opened till 9 - all saunas turned off at 8. We paid for an indoor parking space for a reason -a random animal still managed to climb and pee on or car. Before check out you have to: wash all the dishes, dry and put them away, get off the bed sheets and put it the floor, take out the trash - at this point, should I clean the whole room? Nonsense. Been to a few places, never saw anything like this. Oh and the reception opening hours is a joke. Too sad they ruin a wonderful place with these kind of things.

Really nice room with kitchen. Pretty much equipped with everything you need. Comfy and clean bed. Nice view.

Efficient and welcoming reception staff, ski in - ski out, small but perfect spa, complimentary ski lockers, ideal location next to ski cable car, next to ESS ski school, tourist info and beautiful, pretty picturesque village with incredible views and quintessentially beautiful walks/hikes. Lovely, spacious, modern apartment with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and lovely terraces. Everything you need for a superb ski holiday is here and available.

The only negative side we could think of was that the apartment was rather hot, even during winter. No possibility to adjust the temperature, or at least we didn't find any.

Location is really good. Literally the next building is the cabin station; plenty of parking, charging for electric vehicles. Village is small but pretty. Grocery almost next door and it's open also on Sundays.

Location is great!! Just by the telecabine and at the end of the slopes. The lockers for ski/boots and equipment are very handy. Yoga lessons at night were a great plus as well as video game room for kids.

Maybe put some instructions on how to throw out the trash. Where to bottles go, the coffee pods, etc

The place is far from Crans Montana. No public transport to Crans montana.

The room itself - big, clean, and complete with everything like a complete apartment. The restaurant downstairs is also amazing. The burgers were amazing. I love everything, including the fact that it allows dogs. But the only problem was a little too far from Crans Montana.

Nothing really. You just need to expect a sofa bed if you book a studio . This was still a great one but will never compare with a full bed. The linens were wonderful and nice, extra large pillows, so that helped a lot with comfort.

Really one of the best wellness areas I have used. It wasn’t very busy but was clean and had everything to a high quality. We had the smallest apartment but they had thought of everything!! There is even a small hotel shower to use if you are skiing on check out day. We had exactly all the supplies we needed in a small space. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice. The location cannot be beat.

Although the location was beautiful, it is very much out of the way if you are sightseeing. Staff was not that helpful. Figuring out the parkings was confusing. It seemed as though the resort wanted to charge us to park,rather than tell us there is more than enough free parking. Direction to the entrance needs to be clearer. We were late getting there, and they left our key at the registration area, it is geared toward skiers. We had a sofa bed, but basically, as the guest, you are required to do everything, take out the trash, ckean up the kitchen, if you use more than one trash bag you pay for it, no maid services, veey small, no air conditioning so you have to leave door open to outside. Basically, it's just a place to sleep.... if I were skiing in, I would stay there, but not as a tourist . Price forbtwo nights little high for what we got. I would not recommend this particular room. It was more like a timeshare than a hotel. Lots of rules.

Location was beautiful, it is in mountain top resort village seems to cater to skiing ⛷️ type. Its ok place .
