Great location, decent sized room with a good bathroom, quiet, blackout shutters. All in all, not much to criticise.

The mini-fridge was perhaps too mini, and a bit noisy during the night.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, opposite the main train station. It’s very convenient to get from the airport by bus number 5, the Gare Cornavin stop is at the same train station. You can easily explore the whole city on foot or by public transport, and the lake is just a couple of minutes away. A big thank you for the free public transport pass, which also includes the mouette boats! The bed was amazing – super comfortable mattress and pillows, I had an excellent sleep.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were no scrambled eggs or omelets, the boiled colored eggs from the supermarket were cold and tasteless. They also served raw eggs, which many guests (including me) mistook for boiled ones. Overall, breakfast could definitely be improved.

Well placed with easy access to major bus and train links. Very welcoming staff gave a lot of advice about good local coffee shops and restaurants.

The AC was. It up to the task: 90 degrees outside and almost 80 inside! This was our second stay and we will be back but not during the peak of summer

Rooms are too small. There was a foul smell in the room when I entered. They sent the staff with air freshener and it was better.

Rooms were great. Location served us well. Across the road from cornovin train station - which suited our needs, literally 15 min door to door to the airport. Although a train station area it wasn’t too seedy, and a ten minute walk to central Geneva

Very poor breakfast

The hotel was just across the road from the train station - which was perfect for us. The hotel sent us a free travel card to get from the airport to Geneva station by train. It was really easy to use and find the train. The staff were very helpful. The location was good for exploring Geneva - and there is a pub right next door!

The room was small with very little storage.

We are a family of 5. We needed two rooms, but no connected rooms. They place us on rooms on the same floor and close, but we had share items and we had to leave the room to get them.

Location is excellent with ultra easy access to bus, light rain, and train. Many, many restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Grocery store across the street in the train station. Staff is excellent and helpful. Premises are very clean.

The room I purchased was smaller than I expected, but not a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable.
