We regret to learn that the apartment did not fully meet your space requirements. For future visits, we recommend ou most spacious Three-Bedroom Superior Apartment, which may better suit your preferences. Regarding breakfast, we aim to offer a diverse selection to suit a variety of tastes and dietary needs, focusing on regional and seasonal products. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our Wi-Fi. We will investigate this matter to ensure a more reliable connection for our guests. As for our restaurants, we offer three unique dining experiences—Uondas, Heimatli, and Hühnerei—each celebrating the culinary richness of the Engadin. It’s always a pleasure to know our guests feel well cared for. Regarding your comments: our hotel building is over 300 years old, and each room has its own unique layout and view. While some offer river views, others face the village or courtyard. We're always happy to accommodate view preferences when availability allows, please don’t hesitate to let us know ahead of time. As for the water in the room on arrival, we’ve chosen not to provide single-use plastic bottles in support of our sustainability efforts. The tap water in Celerina is of exceptional quality and perfectly safe to drink! Of course, we’re happy to provide kettles upon request for your comfort. As for the restaurant pricing, our three in-house restaurants, focus on high-quality local ingredients and innovative concepts, such as in-house dry-aged Madürà steaks, and traditional Grisons specialities.
