Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

An excellent hotel in great location for visiting the main sights of Geneva. It is opposite a park and a few minutes walk from the lake. We shared a junior suite with our teenage daughter on the sofa bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The room was large and came with complimentary coffee and soft drinks which were replenished each day. The room had a little balcony at the front. The hotel is on a busy road but we could only hear the ambulance sirens when the windows were shut! The room had excellent air conditioning. Our son stayed in standard double which was also comfortable and quiet (at the back of the hotel overlooking a courtyard) but without the complimentary drinks! All staff were very friendly and helpful (provided us with plug adapters and ice!). We parked our car in their car park for 26 CHF and had to pay extra for the electric charging point but this ensured the car was secure. We were sent a link for a free travel pass before arriving which allowed us to use the bus (2 minutes from hotel), trams and water buses which are all very regular and easy to use.

United StatesThe location is far from downtown but on the bus line which made it easy to get to the sights. Restaurants in the neighborhood were closed except one that was overpriced and not the best food.
Quiet, comfortable bed. Responsive staff: the first room we had smelled of cigarette smoke. upon informing them of this they moved us to another room that was free of smoke smell. There was a tiny bit of smoke smell but apparently guests ignore the non smoking rule. This room was much better and very comfortable.

IsraelI stayed in Room 20, where the bathroom light was on and off by movement, and so it happened that in the middle of the shower, lights are all of sudden off! The rate of 22 franks for breakfast does fit what is offered, but sill ok.
Excellent location - two minutes walk from the biotech campus and the lake park, if these are your targets. In the public areas of the hotel, it feels like a museum with so many interesting items on display.
