Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Nothing we didn’t like.
The location in a small village just 2 km from the cable car was perfect for skiing at Verbier. The room was clean and cozy and we had the entire first floor of the chalet to ourselves with bathroom, small living room and balcony. The breakfast was superb. The best parr of the experience was the hostess, Natasha, who gave us many tips and was generous with her lovely chalet and with her time.

Hard to find. The pillow was not my preference, but still not bad.
Lovely cosy place. The host, Natasha, was always helpful and nice. She prepared amazing breakfast for us. The house looks new in the interior

The location was good if you're arriving with a car. We could park right at the chalet and it was only 2.5 km away from the skiing slopes. Natasha told us when to arrive there at the latest so we could get a spot (around 9:00) - and this was a great advice because it turned out exactly true! The breakfast was excellent too, we got different treats every day: omelette, some fruit, cheese, salmon, meat, yoghurt, croissants - we could not ask for more, everything was there! We had the room upstairs but found out that there was no one else on the upper floor except us. The wooden chalet was very charming with heart shaped decorations everywhere and an authentic fireplace. We had a really good time thanks to Natasha, our outstanding host! If we are in this area ever again, we will for sure try to stay with Natasha one more time!

Nothing. We had a car so being a couple of minutes drive from the main Chable lift wasn’t a problem for us.
Beautifully decorated and built chalet style property. First floor just for us with sitting area and balcony. And breakfast was fantastic. Small and cosy.

Everything was perfect.
The location is very close to Le Chable and Natasha is by far the best hostess we have ever met. She was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was splendid!

Fantastic stay! The house was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Natasha was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She provided a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. Her attention to detail was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

What a host, wow, Natasha is the best! I honestly don’t know where to start. At first I was a bit skeptical reading the size of the room since my buddy and I were sharing it, but we had the whole upstairs, the room, a living room to put our luggage and a balcony along with the private bathroom. She even gave us a garage she has to store our skis, along with a private covered parking spot. The daily breakfast was exceptional, Natasha asked us daily at what time we liked to have it and she put on a delicious spread of all sort of pastries, cheeses, crackers, cereals, coffees and juices. Natasha hooked us up with a cab on new years eve. She went above and beyond to help us with the lift tickets booth to get us free passes since we hold epic passes but since we didn’t book the lodging directly with the partner website we couldn’t get the free passes at the end. Regardless of the lift tickets, I would totally and 100% stay at her b&b next time I am in Verbier. Thank you so much for your hospitality and keep up the great work and beautiful spirit.

Nothing at all! Everything was great.
The place was super clean, cozy and comfortable. Awesome to recharge after a ski day. The breakfast was super delicious, way beyond what we expected. And last, but not least, Natasha was very nice, friendly and helpful. We loved staying in Cosy Isba and we'll definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

Our stay at the Cozy Isba was beyond our expectations. Natasha welcomed us full of joy and kindness at our arrive. She was also always available for any information during our whole stay. The place is really lovely, extremely clean and breakfast was amazing. We really felt taken care of, but at the same time free in our own space. Highly recommended, a little gem in the heart of the Swiss Alps! Giulia e Gualberto
