United KingdomThe spa was great, a pool would have been nice. But very little to criticise about this place.
We stayed in the summer, so the place was pretty quite. The room was excellent for a family of 4, or 2 couples sharing. The sliding door/walls between areas, allowed it to become like a flat with separate rooms. The rooms are finished to an excellent standard, the automatic foot lights at night were a great feature to get around. The kitchen was high standard and drying room was great when we came back from the lake and would be great for skiers. The view from the beds, was pretty spectacular. Having the gondola on the roof of the hotel was a great feature.

SwitzerlandStays direct at ski lift station. Nice breakfast. Clean, well equipped and pleasant room. Coop supermarket and pharmacy are at -1 floor, big parking at -2 floor 15CHF/day, kids playground 15 min walking. Quite around, the road isn't noisy as speed limit in Flims is 30km/h.

SwitzerlandThe bathroom and toilets are open on the bedroom with clear transparent doors! So we have no privacy when we use the toilets or the shower... Why?? Also, the spa is pretty nice, but has no pools whatsoever. It's only hammam and sauna. Too bad!
Very beautiful modern hotel, with original and cool decorations. The room is spacious, clean, original, comfortable. We had a very nice view on the mountains. Beds were comfy, we had a quiet and peaceful night. The reception has a bar and games, a cinema and popcorn! The spa is beautiful and modern.

SwitzerlandEven though the apartment loft is part of the 4 star hotel, the expensive accommodation price did not include breakfast nor the use of its wellness area. The hotel itself is generally very dark and doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel.
Location is perfect with also the well-equipped lockers incl. heating for ski boots right next to the ski lift. Apartment Loft had plenty of space for storage.

SwitzerlandThey should really fix the elevator! It's just embarrassing for the new hotel to have such a dumb elevator. Especially since they have two second floors (spa vs ski room) - when you mix them up (not labelled), you have to wait until elevator closes one door, tries to go, realizes it's already at the second floor and opens another door. You spend like 10 sec waiting! It's both hilarious and infuriating. Other than that, not much to say. The room on the sunny side got overhead just from the sun, so without air conditioning (I couldn't find it), it took quite some time with open windows to cool down, and that's winter time (just think this might get really bad in summer, but then maybe they have a central air-conditioning running).
Well, I chose the hotel for the perfect location - huge parking at the cable car for skiing. But the staff was very nice, the room is spacious and designed very well. They also have a cute Japanese restaurant for the dinner and quite nice and modern spa area.
