Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IraqThey charge 12 CHF to use the laundry machine which is self service, the iron we asked for one and they asked us to leave 20 CHF deposit. For 3 star hotel things should be further improved.
The location of the hotel, 5 mins walk to Interlaken West train and bus station, many good restaurants nearby.

Friendly reception staff, room pleasant surprise as knew it was - for Switzerland - a budget option. Everything there that we needed, kettle, good tv, very modern bathroom with great shower. Wardrobe space, safe. Bed comfy. Walking distance to both stations.

United KingdomIt is quite expensive for what it is, I’m guessing the price is because of the location and because it’s a popular town. But it is very basic. Very old bathroom and overall furniture- no fridge at all?
Some of the reviews here and on Google really scared me, I was preparing to have to move hotel before I even got there but it was actually fine for us. Location is excellent, the room they gave us was a great location overlooking the town and mountains. Everything was clean from the sheets to the towels, floor etc.
