Standard of the place was good, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom all good. Small garden was great too with little view too. While a little bit of work is needed to work out the location, lifts and codes it all worked well once you followed the good information and instructions and actually was part of the charm once you got used to it. Relatively peaceful place too. Coffee capsules ☕ 👍

Sofa bed made quite a bit of noise during sleep being minor thing, needing to deal with the city tax and taking out the rubbish even with 1000 checkout a minor inconvenience.

- Difficult to find the property and uphill walk to the property with luggage was difficult. - Staff was not always responsive and so we had a make international calls on roaming to reach him. - We were asked to throw the garbage at another nearby location before we left; which should be taken care of by the cleaners as in all other apartments

Nice, cozy apartment.

Being one of the "cheaper" places that you can get in Zermatt, it had everything you would need. You do not get a view of the Matterhorn, as expected, but you can just step a few steps outside. Using the elevator to get to the building made lugging skis and bags much easier. There is a fondue and raclette machine to use which is nice.

Please read if you are staying here. Communication with host was not ideal when throwing out the garbage. "Please dispose of the waste behind the main church or near the English chapel." #1 "behind the main church" does not mean behind the church when facing the entrance. The host means between the church and the Matterhorn near a restaurant called Du Pont. Beware, if you are carrying all your gear, this is not a short drop-off and is not on the way to the train station or Sunnegga ski lift. #2 The "English Chapel", which did not show up on my search, is actually (Kirche) St. Peter’s Honestly, the host should remove this task from the stay given its inconvenience. Although, I could have planned it more carefully by checking myself where exactly the bins would be located, the way the host wrote in the description made it sound like an easy drop-off. Unfortunately, this led to us losing an hour of our ski day each. I ended up leaving the garbage outside the host's "shop" near a Migros and an ice skating rink. The host was unable to clearly explain directions over the phone, as I walked all the way along the main street to the main station with all my gear, luggage, and this garbage bag. Only for him to realise he forgot to tell me his shop is not on the main street which led to backtracking and so on and so forth. I kindly request that for further guests, this is explained more clearly (exact coordinates), so others do not need to experience this confusion.

Great location. Very well equipped. Spacious enough for my family of 4. The view. The host provided instructions for everything.

Everything was really good. Maybe, IF I need to mention anything is that the whole host relationship is fully remote and a tiny personal interaction could be the cherry on top; nevertheless he provides instructions for everything and if properly followed, there should be no issues at all. No emergencies came up so it was all good in this format.

Well equiped and all working fine. Good room size for the price and it's about 10 min walk from the train station.

It is hard to find the room based on the explanation from the owner. No laundry service available.

Host was very gracious and changed our date by one day as we were unable to make the actual confirmed date and was not booked for the next night. Very kind of him. Only there for one night however Would have been a good local for those there to ski/snowboard and needing a longer stay.

we are calling it the "secret handshake" ... always a game to see if we can follow the map to get to the treasure of the accomodation and the entrance (and figure out what ever key or code system in place). Also- 4 guest were booked with only linen given for 2- pull out sofa was not allotted for.

All as advertised, warm, clean, central. The instructions are straightforward, disregard reviews saying otherwise

Had everything we needed and it was clean and modern. Loved the view from the terrace as we came out of the lift. Amazing!
