Parking were so full and so tight especially the underground. Breakfast was disappointing we went there and everything was finished and it wasn’t even the time they close, the tables were all unclean.

the exterior of the hotel was not outstanding but this was made up for by the great room - restaurant food choice was not very extensive but again ok

No toiletries apart from shower gel (would have expected at least shower cap and/or body cream, cotton wool etc). Bar often not open in early evening, meaning had to use pool bar with much more limited selection. Children asked to leave spa at 6.30pm, even if no-one else in the spa.

Great location close to town and restaurants, lovely spa, really welcoming staff, good size and clean rooms, nice breakfast.

The air con really wasnt great, but the outside temperature at night in summer isnt overly hot anyway due to the altitude of Crans-Montana.

The views from this hotel are spectacular. It is slightly higher up the mountain in Montana but happily there is an escalator that travels between the village and the hotel. Bus stop and access to cable cars is also right outside hotel entrance. It is well worth being higher than the village for the views, trust me! The staff were excellent and the rooms are stylishly decorated and very clean.

I loved the decor of this hotel, it was modern but also comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The wellness area was very relaxing and was great after a day of hiking. Due to the location of the hotel we could directly go hiking or go into the town of Crans Montana.

The rooms are quite spartan: no real cupboard - only open shelves. The mattresses are very hard and the beds are tiny (no double bed). The terrace has a beautiful view but is again quite bare (basic table with 2 chairs) with metallic partitions. Almost no toiletries: only basic soap but no conditioner, no body lotion, no shampoo, no hair cap. The breakfast is good but not really varied as it should be in a 4* hotel. At the bar, one of the 2 Swiss white wines was not available.

The ski and boot room were separate and the whole area around there including the spa was very confusing - a maze of rooms with inadequate signage. It's all there and very good too but the layout is bizarre and needs some modification for next season. The restaurant area is good but totally lacking in ambience and needs an interior designer to create that faux swiss wooden feel with some partitions to break up the evening dining area. The lifts are way too small!!

This is quite a good hotel with a very good spa.

The gym is advertised but it’s an awful room with a few old pieces of equipments, and 1 pair of dumbbells… I prefer working out in my room with a couple of bands than trying that! Xpt for that it is great!

The room is very pretty and cozy and clean, though there is no fridge. the staff is friendly and welcoming and it’s clean and well maintained.

- Some of the facilities are a bit outdated (wellness area) and sauna was not working during our entire stay unfortunately - Some rooms have a ridiculous setup esp. with the flat TV mounted to the wall in a way that you cannot see anything from the bed (you actually have a better view from the toilet…) - as a guest you dont feel taken serious when seeing something like this… - Our room was not cleaned during our entire stay (for some reason it was forgotten even though we put the “please clean” hanger onto the door knob…)

- Amazing location right next to one of the ski lifts! - We had some items resp. issues that were resolved by the staff and eventually we had a great stay!
