For me, the room didn’t match the price. It was old and everything felt very dated. However, the view from the room was stunning — definitely worth the money.

A support for the gondola blocked part of our view from our balcony. But that's how we got to the room, so we can't complain.

We booked at the last minute after another reservation was found to be made incorrectly. We got a very friendly greeting and all went smoothly. The view from our porch was amazing. The next morning, more very friendly staff greeted us for breakfast, which was delicious and had many choices. We were also pleasantly surprised that the cost of the gondola to access the hotel was covered, as well as a discount pass for area attractions. The hotel is right across from the gondola station from Murringen, which was very convenient.

Nothing to do with the hotel but Reuti had very limited services including no retail to speak of. There was only one other dining option, Hotel Reuti, which was excellent. There are very good options at the upper gondola stations which we took advantage of for lunch while hiking. Of course, one could easily jump on the gondola down to Meiringen for more choices.

The location for hiking purposes was excellent just a short walk to the gondola station and trails. But most importantly were the beautiful views from the hotel. We had a balcony which was used daily. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and we had two delicious evening meals. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond from a service perspective.

Breakfast was good, but didn't have much variety I guess for being low season. We stayed only one night and around 09:00 as I was in the shower, and my partner asleep in bed, someone walked into the room (?cleaning). I couldn't see who it was but I alerted the reception to this and they weren't really able to explain it, apologetic, but no explanation. Just thought it was a bit strange.

We went in May, during low season, so they relocate us to their sister hotel Reuti. It was just next to it and they honoured all my initial booking perks. The view of the balcony was amazing. Beds super comfy. Bathroom was very beautiful and shower warm. Dinner was very tasty. Not expensive for Switzerland.

Parking, while included, is limited and it can be very challenging to get a good spot when you arrive in the afternoon as all are taken by early morning skiiers. Room humidity was also very low.

Great location at the bottom of the slopes with good facilities. Particularly enjoyed the kid's playroom and wholesome food in the restaurant.

Location is awesome. You can go up with the gondola (Rope way) and enjoy the beauty of mountain top which has a cattle barn. At the top food was good. Hotel had a restaurant which was also good. View is amazing, you can see Brienz lake, Brienz valley. Its close to Interlaken 30 min odd drive. People with family or people who like hiking this place is good.

Absolutely great location!! Not over crowded and touristy like grindelwald. The views from the room and restaurant were amazing! Soo nice to walk across the street to hop on the gondola to the top of the mountain or down into the town. Wished we had stayed in this location longer.

No proper ventilation for the room if all doors are closed. There's no AC, and we also asked for a fan, but they didn't have one, so they told us to leave the balcony door and window open to ensure the room had proper ventilation. This is terrible, because many guests also smoked cigarettes and joints on their terraces, which seeped into our room, making it smell like smoke. For a place that values nature and clean, fresh air, the fact that people are allowed to smoke on their terraces completely defeats this. This hotel needs to either find a way to ventilate the room without needing to open doors/windows, or prohibit smoking on the terrace. There's only 1 parking space for EV and yet it's being occupied by gas cars. They should provide a sign that the space is only for EVs.

A breathtaking view and a quiet place. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the mountains and fresh air gives you an indescribable feeling of peace and tranquility, except for a few serious issues that take away from what could be the perfect experience. More on that in the section above...

Nothing we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the view from the balcony/room was spectacular across to the mountains and waterfall. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rafael. The room although not modern was clean and comfortable and suited our stay. The free pass to use the cable car either up or down the mountain was a brilliant bonus.
