It was hot hot! The inside corridors were cooler than the room, suggest aircon on ground floor apartments.

I booked the Hotel for 3 person stay and I had requested for parking spot for my rental car, they did send me the booking information about the parking spot reservation, I booked the parking lot from their provided service partner (ShareP) I paid CHF48.00 for parking 2 nights this was all done 1 week prior to my arrival to the hotel. First night no issues but the second night after I parked someone towed my vehicle and I have to chase them for my car and paid CHF 450.00 to get my car back my hole trip was ruined by the vision apartment. The whole apartment and the parking spot provider’s are cheating When I call the ShareP (car parking company) they are not responding properly, Send an email 3 days ago still no response

The terrace faced a busy street. This, combined with the lack of air conditioning (standard in Switzerland and I knew it) and the necessity of having the windows open, meant that the noise from the street was quite bothersome.

The apartment was quite spacious, had a bedroom with a terrace, a kitchenette, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. It offered good conditions for relaxation and work. The bed was large, maybe a little too soft. Very good location, within reach of the train station, public transport and shops.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I was in a ground floor flat - windows open very widely into the street with no restrictors or rails, meaning that it's unsafe to leave them open at night or generally (someone can simply jump in!). It's not helped by the fact that the bathroom has no proper door, so moisture can find its way to the bed. The ground floor flat is therefore very uncomfortable in summer. I suggest fitting restrictors or providing a fan at least...

Laundry facilities were constantly in use because there are only two working machines for the entire building. Detergent was also not provided and it was costly to obtain since there are not small sizes.

The check-in could be more hassle free as I had to go through a lot. I was standing outside for about an hour after you confirmed early check in and then had to face an issue with the door key security however I was allotted another apartment but this could have been avoided.

Apartment location is just near Hall 622 - the place of the concert we were attending. Comfortable in fact, despite doors were not properly closing in WC & one of the room.

I had the bad luck of being assigned the basement apartment. The apartment had a deep smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away, also because there are three small windows. The door handles from the bathroom and one bedroom are not working properly so it's annoying. I contacted the property already and they mentioned they'll have a look at the smoke smell, although they did not check it during my weekend stay. There are two TVs there but one remote had no batteries.

Location is very good. Bathroom and bedrooms were all clean.

The beds were not very comfy and it is located on a busy street. An extra blanket would have helped.

Excellent location: close to tram, bus and trains, easy access to airport. 5 min walk to station, shops, restaurants. Apartment is spacious and kitchenette is well equiped.

The pictures does not match the reality. The pillows were thinner than a towel and the window frames did not cancel the noise from the street, however it has a good heating system. The property has good location.

The location of this apartment is super. It is lose to the railway station and close to the airport. We could not found the entry of the building, but we looked around and noticed that it has several entrances and may confuse the guests which one to use.

1) self check in- very disappointing!! On the day of arrival ( we were so tired) , the code didn’t work , it took a while to contact the help centre and get it re-set, just added unexpected and unnecessary inconvenience 2) the apartment is located right on the busy road, forget about having a goodnight sleep, you won’t sleep at all!!! It was quite hot in the apartment so if you Open the window for fresh air, the traffic noise is horrendous 3) one pillow each , could do with a couple at least

you need to reserve your parking, but there aren’t even enough parking spaces. You’ll most likely end up without a parking space. Even something simple like a baby crib costs 50€. Everything except the room has a price, nothing is included. They would charge you for farting if they could.
