We are very pleased that you praised our breakfast, the good location to the highway, the modern room furnishings, the beautiful bathroom and the smooth check-in. Thank you very much for that! At the same time, we very much regret that you felt a little uncomfortable or lonely due to the special location in our car dealership. We fully understand that the ambience is not ideal for all guests - and we take your feedback very seriously. We will also take a close look at the signage at the front entrance. We also take the comments about accessibility with luggage and the steps very seriously. We are aware that access is currently not optimal in all areas and are working on improvements. We are particularly pleased to be able to offer much more convenient and barrier-free access from November with our new building. As far as the noise pollution from the car wash is concerned, we are sorry that you have been disturbed by it. The car wash is part of our business and we take this issue very seriously. Dear Linda, thank you very much for your feedback. I have looked into the whole matter and I am very sorry that you were not satisfied. However, you have reserved the "Barn" room. This is a themed room, we have 5 of them in total and one of them is the "Barn". That is why the room is predetermined. Unfortunately, we have not received any notification from you that you would prefer a location away from the breakfast room and elevator. Otherwise we would have informed you about the location of the room. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call from you this weekend either. Our cleaning fairies work until 6 p.m. at the latest. Therefore, it is not possible that the noise was caused by us. Of course, we are extremely sorry that you were unable to relax. If we know about it, we will react immediately, but unfortunately we did not notice it. We have the same duvets in all our rooms, there are no differences. For sustainability reasons, the air conditioning only works when the temperature outside is above 24 degrees. We are sorry that the room was too hot for you. The standard temperature in the rooms is usually 21-23 degrees. In the future, however, we will pay more attention to ensuring that the temperatures in the rooms are more comfortable. The washing machine for guests should not be used by our cleaning fairies; I will clarify this internally. Our cleaning fairies are always helpful and friendly; I would be happy to speak to the team about what happened in this case. Dear Paolo, thank you for your feedback. In our rooms there is a note on the bathroom mirror that the rooms are only cleaned on request, which you signal with the green card. If there is no green card, the cleaning fairies will not clean the rooms. However, as we have already learned that this procedure is very inconvenient, we will now carry out a daily room check and replace the towels that are lying on the floor. From the 3rd day onwards, the bed linen will also be changed and the room cleaned. I hope you will have a nicer stay with us next time.
