The staff was extremely friendly and we liked the attention they gave for our dog. We also got a room upgrade. The fitness room has only basic essentials but there is space to train. The wellness area was really nice.

This hotel was amazing - our room had best views of Davos ever and every thing we needed - on top of that the staff were all wonderful - particularly the barman - who was so kind and helpful and really knew his wines. The restaurant team were great too We had the set menu - wow was amazing - breakfast also excellent - would recommend to anyone

Wonderfull all-around experience in a hotel conveying the charm of of an owner-led hotel with more than a century of history, but fully up to today's standards. The weather was horrible but the hotel fully made up for that.

Not enough parking available, had to squeeze on to parking spots that were even for staff/e-cars. Our room could have used a bit of a refurbishment, slightly dated

Nice view from the breakfast room onto the surrounding valley and mountains. The Spa Area is also a nice plus even though it’s small. Service was very friendly and professional

The pool could’ve been a bit warmer.

Clean rooms, good food and lovely spa. Very welcoming staff that were super accommodating and helpful. Shuttle service was great and gave lots of tips for the stay (snd helped dig our car out of the snow)

The only and only downside (and it is a major flaw unfortunately) was the uphill location of the hotel. Although it comes with a stunning view of the valley and of the mountains across the climb is cruel and in winter the descent to the promenade is dangerous. There should be either a lift or a serious of staircases that leads you down.

The facility was era clean aesthetic and pleasant Pool and spa wee exceptional and breakfast was excellent for me. As in keto nutrition I had everything I needed The view from the room was exceptional The overall experience was very positive

Great hotel with a nice view and lovely spa with pool. The staff was super friendly and upgraded my first reservation to a bigger room free of charge, all that so I could stay in the same room as the first reservation.

The staff was very friendly and accomodationg. I had initially booked to stay only one night but when I booked a second night, the upgraded my first room to the superior room so I could stay in the same room, all the free of charge.

My only hesitation would be that the hotel is situated up 3 hills from the main road. This means great views but make sure you’re fit and don’t mind the walk, otherwise a great hotel.

I did not like that the swimming pool and sauna area close already at 9 p.m. We would have appreciated it if we had stayed open until 10 p.m. We also would have hoped that the breakfast could have opened around 6:30 or 7 a.m., not only at 7:30 a.m.

We loved the swimming pool, sauna, and comfortable room. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the proximity to the forest. The hotel is great for relaxation and for a fancy dinner. We were happy about the free parking and the lunch package we got instead of a breakfast since we had to leave quite early.

Nothing to dislike

Loved the location over looking Davos and the mountains from our balcony. The spa facilities were amazing and we spent time everyday in the pool. The restaurant food was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and delightful. The staff were also great and very friendly and informative and answered any questions we had. Our room was spotlessly clean, light and airy with 2 sets of patio doors. The shower was amazing! Highly recommend and we hope to be able to return in the near future.
