The paid parking in the garage is way too expensive. I parked my car at the conference center nearby (only 5 mins walking from hotel) and I paid much less.

One of the best hotels I have ever been! Really friendly staff, beautiful, large and clean room. The breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the spacious pool!

Spa is entirely textile-free, which is not appropriate for many guests. No relaxing atmosphere at the pool area since noise level is not enforced.

The breakfast was good, but since we don’t eat meat and only eat fish, we were disappointed on one day when fish was not served at breakfast, unlike the previous days. Additionally, please note that dinner at the hotel restaurant is particularly expensive. The restaurant charges 20 francs per child for the children’s buffet, regardless of the child’s age. For a toddler of two years and a three-year-old child, they charged 20 francs each

The hotel staff were wonderful, courteous, and responded positively to every request we had. The children spent most of their time at the kids club, where the team engaged them in an exceptional way. They were truly happy to play there, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation and relax

Later on in the afternoon the temperature of the water in Swimming pool suddenly dropped down which was surprising but not killing for sure.

Spa Area with indoor swimming pool and several types of Sauna's was very nice and equipped - enough number of towels, resting seats etc.. Room was very comfortable.

The restaurant was closing too early at 9 PM. The housekeeping forgot to refill the tea and sugar.

The building is maintained in excellent condition. The quality of the bed, mattresses, cushions were excellent. The breakfast offered various options. Quality was good. I love the pool which was heated, it was clean like the spa. I came for one night and stayed three nights because I was very happy. The room was very quiet.

It doesn’t have an outdoor pool. Restaurant is nice but nothing unforgettable.

New and elegant facilities at the bottom of the mountain nested in the wood. It has everything you need. Very nice wellness area and brand nee fitness room. Nice bar with fireplace.
