Friendly staff and great location. The building is quite old and everything is squeaky (floors, stairs, not soundproof). The food in the restaurant is great but breakfast is continental. I would definitely recommend it.

Fanstastic late check-in, very well organised with keys etc. Lovely clean room with fresh white sheets and a view at the back over a small garden. Excellent breakfast in the charming old part of the building. Very helpful and friendly staff.

SwitzerlandWith a suitcase to top floor without life is not too easy. I may prefer a lower floor for next time. The bed is a little bit too soft for me.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The sound of the river stream water make me comfortable to have a good sleep. The restaurant of the hotel serves good food.

Switzerland- No flexibility to open breakfast earlier at specific occasions. I was traveling for a big race and since it started early morning, I couldn't have hotel breakfast (they opened only at 7;30am on Saturday). I bought my breakfast and stored it in the room. Would have been nice to get at least a coffee. - There was no fridge in the room. Stored my stuff outside a window :) - Apart from shampoo there were no other toiletries in the bathroom
- Newly renovated spacious and comfortable room, clean and beautiful looking bathroom. - USB ports available.

Everything and everyone! I was on 4-day Easter weekend with my dog, everyone was caring and thoughtful, from the staff at the reception to housemaids. The restaurant is a gem: I had mouth watering lunches and dinners, well cooked and presented. The restaurant staff is adorable. I can’t praise this hotel enough. I already suggested it to many friends. The hotel is perfectly located to go hiking.
