Nice old property, with a good mix of modern design. Friendly, and helpful staff. Dedicated bike room. Really good menu and super continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, with fresh local produce. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond by helping us park our sledges in the basement. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!

BrazilAltough the hotel is old it is in a good conditions. The bedroom has a beautiful view from the city and mountains It has a good breakfast, and it is relatively close to the train station. It is near to a supermarket, a good bakery and tourist agency. As it is in a tourist located price is very high, but it seems to be in the average for similar hotels in this location (if you don’t have a car is better to stay close to train station, supermarket, backery,..... It is not easy to walk on streats during the winter)

Comfortable unfussy accommodation in a beautiful old hotel. Decor is a little dated but spotlessly clean. Manager very kindly welcomed us and walked us to our room. Our room had a STUNNING view of the mountains, which we very much appreciated.

United KingdomNothing could be improved. The location was ideal. We are pensioners, walking was our priority. We walked every day over well marked tracks. with advice from owners as to best walks. Ms Barandun even provided advice about purchasing "Ice Spikes" for our hiking boots which were a godsend!
The owners/managers (Mr Baer/Ms Barandun?) of the Hotel ware really accommodating. My wife and I just managed to get the last train from Chur to Bergun after a long stressful journey from Geneva Airport. I think it was Ms Barandun that drove up to Bergun Station to meet us off the train with her car at twenty minutes past ten at night. Absolutely brilliant and so kind, as, the roads were quite icy and we would have struggled with luggage finding the hotel at night. I'm gluten free , so, required a special diet. I did tell them before our visit. They bent over backwards to ensure my dietry needs were met. The food was excellent and owners always found time to chat to us (despite being run off their feet ; it was busy!) and provide excellent advice. Room was great, large and with a great view over the mountains and to Latsch village. We will certainly visit again!

United KingdomOne day I arrived a little late for breakfast after a late night at meetings in Davos and although the food was still out, they said breakfast had closed and I wasn't able to get anything. It would have been nice to still get some food!
The hotel was lovely and welcoming - with amazing views of the village and the mountain. The breakfast was good. Overall it was easy to check in and out and the staff were friendly.

The Hotel was really nice: it is an old style traditional hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was quite simple, but sufficient: tasty local products. Location is great: nearby the railway. Restaurant was nice too and food very tasty. The room was quite simple but still enough space.

United StatesThis isn't the hotel's fault but it seems that every town in Switzerland has at least one church that rings bells on the hour and the half hour throughout the day and night. Charming but if your window is open will blast you out of bed every 30 minutes (close your window if you are on the church side of the hotel)
The staff was incredibly accommodating, and dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.
