This property is far from Tasch station. It mentioned it is near Zermatt is incorrect. It takes total 25 mins by walk and then by rail to reach Zermatt main station.

Rooms are small but it has all the facilities one need.

Guests might annoy you if your room is on the first floor. Your hear everybody come and go especially if they wear ski boots or drunk

Easy to find, convenient parking spaces, good value for money in the area. Stuff was extremely polite. They allowed us to leave our stuff after checkout which helped us to spend more time before leaving. Extremely grateful to the maid who cleaned our room early morning allowing us to check in earlier. Definitely recommend

The room could have been cleaner (there were hairs on the floor from the previous people that stayed there) and the kitchen could be a bit better equipped. All the pots were super-old. For the price, I would have expected a little bit more, but I understand that the demand is high for this location.

The location is great and also the self-check-in option is great.

For context, this is not major but ... The place would benefit from sensible bedside lights, currently it is very strong ceiling lights or you are in the dark.

Pervasive odor of cleaning agent throughout the apartment, presumably to mask other odors. Very noisy house. Other residents slam doors absolutely inconsiderately and behave as if they have no decency or manners (I think most of the apartments are rented by tourists). Communication with landlord rather difficult. Some questions were not answered.

Clean and mattress comfortable. Free parking. Nice balcony. Away from the road.

We had hoped to be able to use washing machine but it was only allowed during certain hours and then it was always occupied as it was just one machine for entire building (second machine was not functioning). It was unfortunate that when we arrived the cleaning staff had left windows open and light on so there was a lot of moths that had gotten in that we had to spend time chasing out.

Great place to sleep to visit Zermatt. The apartment is small and older (kitchen and bathroom) as is seen on the pictures, but still had what you need for a short stay!

Nowhere to put our luggage which had to be stored on the floor .I didn't like the heavy large Crockery and no smaller plates for cake and smaller breakfast bowls. No plug for the kitchen sink so very difficult to wash up

Free parking was a bonus because it was a 5-minute walk into town and the railway station to all destinations we wanted and we had cooking facilities and privacy to do our own thing

Zermatt is ridiculously expensive and they never miss a chance to charge you for something. Staying in Täsch draws the sting, especially if you can park for free.

It’s a bit smaller than we thought but it’s fine.

The proximity to the train station Zermatt Matterhorn shuttle train station plus it’s free parking. The owner allowed us to park our car for few hours even after check out time which was very kind of her.

need to change mattress as the center portion is sinking. kitchen cabinet n flooring needs revamp.

free parking because we have a car. 8mins walk to Tasch station. Huge TV with Netflix. The apartment was in a mess, not clean n clear when we check in. Very disappointed. we called n the housekeeper came n got it clean. Wi-Fi not working initially but technician came, on n off the transmiter n it works.

We had a hard time access the apartment from door. It can’t be opened easily, maybe we didn’t do it correctly. The overall environment is great and close to railway station.

1) The Check In process needs to be improved for future guests! 1st impression goes a long way in letting your guests know how much you care about them staying at your place. I sent a message to the Apartment in the morning (9 AM) on the day of arrival to indicate roughly what time we will be arriving at the apartment. I did not receive any Arrival Check In Procedure from the Apartment. Upon arrival at 14:00, still no Check In Instructions. I called the # listed in Booking, but no one picked up. I left a message and received a call back about 20mins later and was told that the Check In Instructions "will be" sent to me via Booking.com Message. We decided to go do some grocery shopping while waiting for the instructions. After another 20mins, still nothing. I called again, no one picked up. 10mins later I received a call back that I should have received the Check In Instruction. Again, I did not receive any Check In Instruction. I opened up my Booking.com messages while I had the agent on the phone and sure enough, no message was ever sent. The agent then attempted to send the instructions again. This time, the instructions made it through Booking.com Message. We were finally able to check in after over 1 hr of waiting. 2) The Bathroom had no shower or shampoo gel. Luckily, we brought some small bottles in the car. For the price of the apartment at least provide some cheap generic shower/shampoo. 3) Shower Curtain was new but way too long! It keeps blocking the drain so you constantly had to lift it to allow for the water to drain. Agent/Owner need to trim it so that it does not block the drain.

Location was great, 400 meters to the Taesch Train Station to Zermatt. Apartment was cozy (Approx. 20-25 sq. m), quiet, and clean. We did not hear the neighbors so the sound proofing was good. Apartment only have a view of the inner yard between the two apartment complex. It also has a small balcony but we did not use it. There is a dedicated parking spot just outside the building. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was strong and stable. Very large TV with Netflix movies which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and cookery to allow for preparing breakfast and cooking meals such as Pasta. Kitchen also contained a nice size Frig, a small oven, and a 2 burner stove top. Bathroom was small but functional.

Very good location, 2-minutes walk to the train station. Very quiet and clean. Parking by the main entrance, just few stairs to reach the apartment on the 1st floor.Large and comfortable bed. Everything is very well maintained. Kitchen well stocked with oven and fridge. Large tv. Very good wifi. Nice balcony to sit (no views though). Cleaning products, coffee, sugar, tea maker.

Tiring to walk with heavy luggage from station to our accommodation however , it doesn’t make me not like the place . I’d still opt the place because it’s calm and quiet

The only problem is, the area where the property is situated has no street lights. So if you gonna check in late in the evening, it would be a task to identify the property.

This property is a marvel. We could see the Matterhorn mountain from the balcony. It has everything (amenities) you would need it for your stay.
