Everything, the room is big, clean, nice and well organized, the mini bar was free and it was refilled on daily basis, the breakfast was served in the room with good amounts and good quality and good variety of choices.

We travelled sorting the summer so the room was a bit hot, however they did provide a fan and you can always open the door outside since it does get colder in the mountains during the night.

The views out of Route 66 were fenomenal! The room it’s self was very unique with intricate details and wonderful service. You get breakfast delivered straight to your door. There’s a sauna and jacuzzi in the room as well. Upon arrival we received a meat and cheese board with Presecco and two bottle of wine for later, not to mention some local snacks.

The only thing that I didn’t like is when using the bathroom seat there is no door and only curtain which separates the bathroom from the living-room area. This could be only in our room because each room has different characters.

Comfortable bed , spacious room , romantic atmosphere, attentive friendly staff, welcoming hotel,and charming view ( you can see deers from your window) . I can’t forget Christine who always serves and advice with a big heart and friendly smile. Definitely we will come back.

I’m writing this on behalf of my Mom, who is 74 and mobile, but wobbly, as older people can be. The Japanese room with the bed on the floor wasn’t a good choice for her. The hotel has trip hazards from the front entrance of the building to the room entrance to the exits onto the private balcony. We were very careful and alert as we navigated through doors. As for breakfast, we would have enjoyed having breakfast with other guests rather than privately in our room alone. To be clear, overall, this was a good hotel experience, I only want to detail the pros and cons as they may help others decide if this is the right place for them.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were delightfully decorated and spacious, the views were spectacular. We had the Japanese room, and all of the individual touches made it a stay we will always remember. They keep the fridge and snacks stocked, and were helpful with making reservations. We loved staying in Beatenburg and found the whole atmosphere to be unique, playful and welcoming. The breakfast options were good, and the elevator was helpful. The sauna was also really nice, and the scented options were a total bonus.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! The only thing you should know if you plan on staying here is that it is a good 25-30 bus ride from Interlaken. But the hotel, amenities, and staff are worth the short trip!

The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

We loved the location; the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The service and the food were very nice too. It was a perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary. For sure we will come back!

The drive to the hotel from Intelaken..

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is one of a kind! Loved the views from the terrace, the amenities, friendly staff, complimentary snacks and cheese board, lots of drinks and amazing breakfast in the morning. This hotel has a complimentary bus which is about a 30 minute drive from Interlaken West. Everything was thought for free toiletries, slippers and a robe. The spa facilities were excellent loved the huge hot tub and Sauna. You will definitely enjoy your stay here didn't want to leave it was so relaxing!

Bed could have been better. It made noise when we tried to get up from the bed.

The facilities and goodies provided by the property are exceptional. They take special care to cater for individual needs. Serving breakfast in picnic basket was a very good idea. Facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi are very nice.

A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

Nothing much. Disadvantage would be the bus travel which is not frequent enough to travel to interlaken. Plan your journey based on Google bus timings.

Friendly staffs and their hospitality is so good. They fill the room with food.
