    Comida excelente, sem temperos fortes, café da manhã bem diversificado, localização estratégica, próximo do aeroporto e da estação HB central. Excelente experiência.

    Não tenho pontos negativos a relatar.

    Tudo muito limpo, funcionários prestativos, está muito bem localizado, estação a poucos minutos a pé, mercados e restaurantes na proximidade.

    A localizacao é boa e o café da manhã vai até as 11 horas o que é ótimo . Possuem um achados e perdidos , o que bom e devolvem quando encontram nossos pertences .

    Café da manhã básico e sem surpresas . Quase não tem frutas . Quarto sujo, não limpam , não trocam os copos . O aquecimento não funciona e é barulhento . No banheiro o ralo da ducha estava entupido e não resolveram . A cada banho a água transborda. Pedi um talher no quarto e cobram pra entregar 7 francos suíços Nao repõem o frigobar e a água além de ser cara , disponibilizam muito pouco. Muito caro pelo hotel que deve ser no máximo 2 estrelas .

We do provide in-room dining options and we understand the convenience it offers to our guests. Our team works diligently to ensure these orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. Because of the extra effort involved in handling special requests, including providing cutlery or reheating dishes, we charge a small fee of 7 CHF to cover the additional service provided.     relação qualidade preço restaurante de hotel cheio estacionamento elevado preço para um hotel de 5 estrelas para um hotel de 5 estrelas o pequeno almoço devia estar incluído no preço.

    Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Óptimo Ar condicionado e silencioso. WC com piso radiante. Chuveiro impecável. Quartos muito limpos. Bem localizado

    Check-in muito lento só com 1 funcionário Ouve-se muito o barulho dos Trams. Sala do pequeno almoço, muito pequena para tantos hospedes. A funcionária na recepção do pequeno almoço muito antipática.

    Atendimento excelente tanto na recepção quanto no café da manhã e restaurantes. A academia é muito boa, bem completa, com equipamentos de excelente qualidade e o café da manhã é magnifico. O hotel fica muito perto da estação de trem, centro comercial e restaurantes, o que facilita demais, pois fizemos tudo a pé.

    Achei o quarto um pouco escuro e as vezes barulhento, pois ouvia-se pessoas falando e outros sons.

    Localização, pequeno almoço.

    O quarto não estava disponível à chegada. Quando ficou pronto, apenas estava preparado para duas pessoas quando a reserva foi feita para três. Os três pequenos almoços foram pagos com a reserva, contudo referiram que apenas dois tinham sido pagos. Tudo foi resolvido, mas estas ocorrências são impensáveis para um hotel desta categoria.
