Breakfast was nice, but breakfast room a bit less cozy.

We had a nice room which had recently be renovated, aircon worked, also our room faced to the back - so it was overall pretty quiet (it is in the City still). Location was great, very central. We parked in front, 25 CHF a day, which is a lot cheaper than surrounding parking lots. Only limited parking spaces available so I recommend writing the hotel in advance and reserve a parking if you need it. Staff was super nice.

My son is allergic to egg yolk. As we needed some warm food for him I kindly asked for a ONE fried egg for him. One! But lady showed me the scrambled eggs done. I explained the problem. She hasn’t even listen to me and with no no no simply disappeared in the kitchen 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ The tables we not cleaned after guests finished their breakfast - and the breakfast was very very poor. For 350euro per night plus 25 for parking plus city tax for the simple room with no view with such poor breakfast and such attitude to clients I can’t recommend this place , sorry

Bathroom flooded twice, drainage in shower needed cleaning or too small (rain shower head). Hotel has no lounge to rest, just breakfast room which can get pretty crowded. Some local choices at breakfast buffet would have spiced it up.

Nice, modern furnished junior suite, well isolated towards the main road, right at Lugano Centro main bus terminal, free bus pass for the length of our stay. Free piccolo sparkling wine. Breakfast buffet was good, many choices.

If I really had to mention something negative, I'd say that probably the breakfast could offer a bit more in terms of variety of options (especially the sweet options typical of an Italian breakfast). But this is really a minor aspect as the options offered were anyway very good, and considering the price and location of the hotel, this aspect did not bother us at all.

This is a perfect hotel for a visit to Lugano. Very centrally located, it provides excellent facilities. The staff is very friendly. Overall a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody visiting Lugano.

Although we did understand that it is a three star hotel and accepted the fact that there are also better or premium rooms, the cleanliness could have been improved and our stat could have been more comfortable. It was okay, not dirty but the cleaning staff could be more attentive with the cleaning as there were strands of hair on the mattress, the floor and in the bathroom. Also the duvet, bed covers, pillow covers were visible worn (even if they were washed) - a new set or upgrade would be necessary. The pillows also were torn and wore out. Now, we could have talked to the receptionist but we didn’t, as we found it difficult to communicate in english and feared we wouldn’t have understood ourselves. Also, one suggestion: some ambiance (music) at the breakfast area could be a good idea and bring a nice touch :)

Breakfast could be better with more options and our Frigobar in the room was not working properly.

Noisy at night. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with little choice and only the cheapest products. Even the coffee was bad. It felt like a cheap hostel and it considerably diminished the overall stay. We thought we were paying a bit more for a good breakfast included but this was not at all the case.
