    Friendly staff & Great location & breakfast

    There was no Executive lounge though in the booking it indicated availability

    The 3 lifts do not operate in sync, resulting in long waiting time.

    Location is good

    After repeated request and sending advance mail as a regular customer from last five year they didn't bother about giving me 2 hours before early check-in and informed that they need 30% extra to do that... Being a regular client I felt very bad and it gives me a impression that the manager not interested to retain the old customers and passively showing the door of next to the door... Brand new Novotel Hotel with almost same price... Pity on thus behaviour
