Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

This should be a 4-star hotel. The facilities were not all that. The gym was small. There was no buffet in the morning or evening, etc.

United KingdomI am a black women and solo traveller, and what I didn't appreciate was when I would be at breakfast my requests for tea/fried egg would either take long or the white guests would have their requests fulfilled before me, despite me being there or ordering first.I had to complain about that, but why should I. Treat everyone the same. Breakfast was expensive at £29 per day yet the rice and the meat stews were cold despite being on the heater.
I loved how nice and welcoming the reception staff were. The ground staff really helped me out with translations. The rooms were really clean, shower pressure good and nice hot temperature.

United KingdomI feel bad having negative things to say about this hotel and the manager was very good. On 1 occasion someone entered my room while I was sleeping around midnight, the explanation was that aircrew use the hotel and rooms are checked before they are used and it had been a mistake but when I was calling reception no one answered and I only found this out in the morning. So then Breakfast , no one shows you to a table so you have to guess if the seat is free . Coffee is not offered you have to go and find it ! The juices are not labeled, which may seem a small thing however I took a big drink of orange juice only to suddenly realise it was ginger , very hot. Night time the restaurant is lovely and feels very luxurious but many items on the menu are unavailable and let me feel disappointed.
The evening is very good at the hotel with multiple bars and restaurants. The staff are helpful even if you cannot speak French. The evening looking out while music plays is very relaxing. It feels very safe and other restaurants and bars are in walking distance.

United KingdomThe rooms are tiny. We paid for early check in but we had to argue with the staff to be able to check in early as they said the room was not ready in time.
The breakfast buffet and location are good. The pool area is beautiful. The staff keep your suitcases safely for you if you have time between check out and your flight. The staff will make an effort to communicate with you in English if you are struggling with your French. The bathroom was clean, with a really nice shower

GermanyI was traveling for business and my flight was in the evening. The checkout was at 12 and I asked for an extension of three hours before I had to go to the airport and it was not possible. I would have liked a bid more flexibility or the possibility of a late checkout.
The location is good, if you work at Abidjan Plateau. The room was really nice, the design, the colors, everything. The seventh floor with the swimming pool and two bars invites you to sit and spend time. The payments can be done by card or there is also an ATM downstairs.
