Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. South KoreaThe room smelt a lot. The showers do not have a door so everytime you take a shower the humidity attacks the walls leaving a strong mould smell. Smell that alsp comes from the air conditioning system. Management needa to fix this issue.
The hotel is very central to Plateau and in a very safe area. You can easily walk to places. The hotel rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and the staff was always at disposal, helpful and friendly. Overall clean.

Burkina FasoAirport pickup is a paid service, so more effort should be put on better coordination. I had to wait 30 mins before the shuttle came for the airport pick up. If the service was free, I would understand, but it's not.
The room was clean, modern and mattress/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

FranceThe hotel recommended a good taxi service. The driver was were very professional, drive safely, well mannered and knowledgeable about the town. We loved the varying and yummy breakfast options everyday. They were quick to respond to our dissatisfaction or the faulty air conditioning in the first room and quickly moved us to a new room where it worked perfectly. There is a bank next door where you can change money. Although there are also a few gents doing same round the corner - the security guard beckoned on one for us and we got a good rate. Abidjan is very safe. The hotel really impressed us by still offering us with good service even when we checked out; they kept our baggage in their storage room as our flight was later in the evening. They also kept a parcel that arrived for us after our check out and we picked it up when we returned. So I’ll rate them highly for their aftercare too. Overall, we had a lovely stay - everything worked. Good family for money and extremely well located.

United KingdomRéceptionists were not too friendly. I had requested for a airport shuttle and it never came. I was told I would have a room with a view and that was not the case. I called to ask for an iron to come to my room and it never came. I called the reception twice (20 and 30mins after the first call) and no one ever answered. I left my passport at the front desk when I checked in (after having a very long day) and I was never called to be told, not even when I checked out; until I started looking for it and then I was asked why I didn’t notice since which yes I should have, but why wasn’t I called for my 2 nights there?
Well located so easy to get rides from. The security staff were the friendliest.

United StatesDidnt have hot or even just warm water for two nights out of three. Shower fixture was broken and leaking. Limited seating area in the lobby and no business centre/ area with desks and chairs. You cannot use the phones in the room or at reception to place local or international calls. Drinks at the bar, even non alcoholic, very expensive.
Very good breakfast, excellent location, free airport shuttle although had to insist for the way back because they dont have any return scheduled between 4 and 9 pm.

IrelandTo be honest, I was a little disappointed by the property relative to the price - for example, although the room was comfortable, it was small. The breakfast was good, but the area was crowded with an accumulation of uncleared tables and they ran out of coffee
