We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was neat and reminded me of Cuba’s casas. The place was marvelous and very clean. Breakfast is also delicious (omelette, fruits, baguette and fluffly pancakes) - So delicious!

GermanyThe only grumble was that I did not have wifi in my room. With Côte d'Ivoire's roaming charges you really rely on wifi. The wifi in the common area was perfect but as I needed to work late into the night it was a bit annoying to sit in the lounge all the time. Having said that, the very thick wall have the added benefit of ensuring the house is a pleasant temperature!
This truly is an oasis. A perfect place to get heads down and work on documents, surrounded by beautiful nature and a wide variety of birds. We even saw a kingfisher in the garden! The staff were meticulous and anticipated every need. Very considerate and accommodating.

very beautiful and clean hotel just outside the chaos of Abidjan city centre: rooms are comfortable and clean, big bathroom, efficient wi-fi, excellent breakfast and all the staff is very warm. Outside you'll find a pleasant garden with tropical trees and flowers and a nice swimming pool.

SingaporeI would rate this 12 out of 10 if I could. I had a wonderful time here. Suzanne and her staff were amazing from beginning to end. They made my work trip so easy and stress-free. Their advice was superb when they made me go to the airport earlier on my departure day. Traffic was very bad, but it was fine at the airport because I left early enough based on their advice. The bed was comfortable and firm, aircon worked great, toilet was large and clean. Water pressure and hot water for the shower were great. Wifi was fast and reliable - very important for work. The homecooked breakfast and other meals were wonderful.
