Nice spacious house with everything you need to feel home away from home, washing machine and full kitchen and mosquito nets everywhere. Has a large verandah with bbq where we spent a lot of time.

Perfect house for our girls trip to Rarotonga. It had spacious gardens and was in a quiet area so it felt secluded and private. It had a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and large bedrooms. Washing machine worked really well. Short walk to the beach over the road. And of course the cat and dogs that came to say hello were adorable. Can't fault this place!

Exceptional stay! Incredibly clean and tidy, spacious and love the insect screens on all the doors and windows!. Absolutely no faults. Super close to the beach. Wayne, the host, was very helpful. Nothing I didn't like - but a friendly reminder to other travelers to bring earplugs if a light sleeper, due to the chickens early in the morning. Didn't bother us, just added to the experience!

Rooms were very large great for all our luggage. Having high ceilings helped when it was hot. Two separate bathrooms was awesome for our family of 6x. Dishwasher definitely a bonus. Large front entertaining deck was great for relaxing outside.

Beautiful, clean, and modern property with everything to make us feel at hime. 5min walk to the beach and 10min drive into town. Peaceful and lush gardens with friendly neighbours. Lack of aircon only downside but fans in every room and you quickly adjust to the climate. Definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

The whole island has chooks, roosters, cats and dogs roaming around. If you are not a dog person it can be confronting. We enjoyed the visits from the various dogs and the chooks and chick's were cute. The roosters just made alot of noise.

This modern house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the outdoor living areas which were undercover. Our children enjoyed the little pig from next door and the various dogs that came to visit.

We loved everything!

Absolutely stunning property, with clean, fresh and modern facilities. Spacious open living areas, large beautiful deck. Friendly neighbours and pets, the location on the island was private and perfect for our family. Excellent prompt communication from owners. Highly recommend this home for families/ groups - you will not be disappointed.

A perfect stay we had the best time and felt so comfortable in the property it was beautiful and clean and the grounds were amazing. Wayne was great with communication before and during the trip. Will be coming back that’s for sure!

Exceptionally clean..lots of room ..massive lounge and kitchen..fully equipped kitchen..the photos on line dont do the house justice..much nicer than the photos ..house was lovely and cool despite the heat outside.large shaded verandah and bbq for catch up with family

After viewing the house online, the pictures showed the beach - this lead us to believe it was right on the ocean front - it wasn’t very disappointed as it was a walk to get there Also it was advertised as 4 bedrooms and it was only 3 bedrooms
