The noise of a pump or something which was noticeable at night, but I would still stay here again. Just shut window.

Place was easy and comfortable - had everything we needed - outside and inside were perfect for our needs. Easy to find our way from the property to where we wanted to go and closeness to beach. I thought house was better than photos showed, so exceeded expectations. Great neighbourhood. Loved the chooks. Loved the relaxed dogs on the island. Bus service was friendly and fun.

This was our first trip to Rarotonga and it was everything we wanted and then some! The owners checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was so lovely!  The whare had everything we needed and was a welcome break at the end of our busy days.  The whare was clean, well presented and extremely spacious! Beautiful outside area to relax in and a two minute walk to the beach: bliss! The neighbour hood was quiet and so peaceful! This is such a beautiful island with equally beautiful tangata whenua and we hope to come back in the future!  Meitaki ma'at!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice and bright and airy. Great to have ceiling fans, flyscreens on all windows and air conditioning! Well equipped kitchen. Good quiet location one house back from the beach - just a a short path down to the shore. Only noise is the roosters!

The wretched roosters (more a location rather than property issue!). That the toilet was in the bathroom which creates a pressure point when there are 5 people and the need for the toilet arises when someone is showering.

V well equipped and comfortable. Super close to the beach. Great cafe an easy walk away and lots of nearby stores for all the basics.

Not a deal breaker. But the other couples said a seperate toilet.

We loved having queen beds in all the rooms. We loved the large kitchen and facilities to cook. The shops across the road for milk and essentials. Clos to car/bike rental. Easy access to the beach. Large covered deck area. Laudry.

Roosters can be a bit noisy & crow at all hours of the day & night but if you keep the windows shut at night they didn't bother us. The house would be almost impossible to find in the dark if you hadn't been before. Highly recommend getting a local taxi or airport transfer bus who can take you to exactly the right place especially if you arrive at night.

The house has everything you could need for a family holiday. Great kitchen facilities, even beach towels & shopping bags supplied to use. Bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. Washing machine was much appreciated. Great location, 2 min walk to a quiet beach and a small shop just opposite the end of the driveway with all basic supplies. Crown Resort is next door which is great for Happy Hour & Restaurant but you would never know there was a resort next door unless you actually go.

Awesome spacious house tucked away off the road, with a little walkway to the beachfront. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great dairy across the road, and bus stop out front. Hosts were always contactable and so helpful.

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Lots of little extras included. We enjoyed the lovely outlook and also the private beach. Most mornings we enjoyed breakfast outside. The location was perfect and we liked being only a short walk to The Crown resort for their excellent happy hour cocktails. Excellent communication by the hosts. Would highly recommend.

Only one did not like i had, and that was 4 slices of cheese cake, and 2 chocolate eclairs. did not go well with my diabetes Type2, and prior to that i had a Seafood combo, 2 large slices of cheese cake, spoiled my dinner. Nothing else to report.

No 1. I did not meet the host as i was still sleeping, the four family members did. The wife thought that she was wonderful. No 2. The room i had was the first on your left as you enter the house, no arguments what so ever, from about 11pm the roosters start there crowing, i last heard back in 1966, still no problems there. No 3. I could not believe how well kept the lawns were, "lovely". and the greenery the coconut trees, and others "marvelous:" you could hear the rolling of the waves on the shore "brilliant". But the best of all, was the quietness, this i cherished the most, i am 65% deaf, i had my hearing aids on, and the quietness as i laid back was golden. This place to me is Paradise, truly is, I really really enjoyed my stay at Inave Holidays.

The photos do not do the house justice. The house looks better in person. It is a nice clean spacious 3 bedroom home if you want to travel as a family. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of cutlery, and it has everything to cook/clean with. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely stay here again. 100% recommend.

The t.v supplied only has one channel, which tbh was a slight disappointment as the weather during our trip was windy and raining so we spent more time inside with no entertainment to pass the time. Though in saying this the t.v had the capability to connect to the internet so if you have a Netflix account maybe you could use or watch YouTube videos.

The house was very clean and modern inside. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you could need to make breakfast or even a 3 course meal. There were numerous chickens around the house(which we loved) and the next door neighbors dogs were a delight to get to know. The beach is only 25m away and feels rather private compared to other areas on the island.

Outdoor shower didn’t have enough privacy to take a true shower— just rinse off sand with your swimsuit on. Never caused a problem for my group of 2 but if you bring more people don’t count on it as an additional shower in the mornings.

Almost everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Location was good. Lots of thoughtful touches in the rental. Fun selection of DVDs to watch.

Loved it all. Fantastic stay.

Wonderful place to stay with our family. 30 sec walk to safe Beach for kids. Sound of waves from your bed, handy amenities, lush grounds and nice and quiet.

The tea and coffee was supplied milk and water in the fridge making contact with the property manager was super easy Kave and Jules an awesome couple who just happen to own The Flying Turtle cafe just down the road another must do experience this property was super clean and accessible A small shopping Centre and bike hire within walking distance Will stay again
