Good location, with the beach just behind

The breakfast could be more varied. May be more attention to getting rid of vermin’s, as I found a dead cockroach under the hand basin

The staff were friendly and helpful 😊🙏. The facilities were clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool. There was cooked or continental breakfast available each morning. I couldn’t find a laundry but didn’t ask. Can catch the buses just outside. There’s a convenience store and resort bar for evening dinning just along the road. We were very happy with our stay 🙏

I loved everything. So many bad reviews online that i hesitated a bit. When I got there it exceeded my expectations 👌 Staff were lovely. The room was huge. I had a whole kitchen to myself. Wifi was so good and faster than i thought. I had TV in my room which i could connect to my phone and watched netflix on it

Fantastic location, were watching whales in the eve and at breakfast. Stayed for only one night, the accommodation is basic and simple but had all we needed.. the view was great!!

Not a super new accommodation but in good condition. we saw different types of building on the territory, maybe some are newer then others. Enjoyed our stay

Nice beach view. Safe and family-friendly. A quiet place, close to the airport and 24-hour shops. The staff is friendly. Enough space and beds in the family room ( double bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 sleeps, and 1 single bed ). No mosquito issues as they covered all the windows with nets. Full kitchen facilities. Indra was very helpful with selecting a room for us.

No issues. A bit outdated, but for the price they charged, I think it's worth it.

Kiikii, whilst an older establishment was clean, great staff, great pool and excellent breakfast.

The bed was comfortable but no comfy sofa. No hairdryer or shampoo and conditioner.

I loved the convenience of everything, location price, amenities, it was just great for our budget.

Everything was good. Maybe the couches could have been higher and more comfortable.

Cold showers, stained sheets on arrival, replaced with ripped sheets, lack of toiletries - only soap provided nothing else, no salt and pepper sachets, no blow wave, the property is run down.

Good location and price. Used the room for the afternoon while we waited for our flight. Watched whales from our balcony. had good size pool too.

I loved loved loved this hotel beautiful if your lucky you will even wake up to whale watching the staff are so kind they even carry your suitcase to your room for you I honestly loved staying here and I so will return the ocean view is to die for

Conveniently on the bus route. The pool and area around looked nice, I didnt get to use it thought. My unit and bedding was very clean. A nice area to sit and watch the whales passing and easy access to the rocky shore.

The unit was very tired. Cupboard doors wouldn't close. Insufficient lighting, eventually found a light switch behind the fridge. Lots of louvre windows but 90% unable to be closed. I had booked a shuttle to the airport when booking, reconfirmed when booking in. Shuttle did not arrive. It would be useful for there to be mention on the website that the water is undrinkable and need to bring your own. There were more modern looking units that may have been truer to the photos.

Easy access from the airport. Friendly staff. Budget friendly. Good offstreet parking. Pool looked amazing.Comfortable beds.

I think we had a room that had yet to be upgraded. Clean but old and tired. Good for the price but not a 7.6 rating as per the site. Rooms closer to the sea looked more updated. Was ok for a one night transit stop.

View overlooking the ocean and pool. Great whale watching.

Hot water service broke down cold showers for a couple of nights
