The kitchen and bathroom facilities were kept clean by staff but were old and dated. We didn't use the cooking facilities as we ate out at night. The breakfasts we booked were generous and healthy - cereal, lots of beautiful fruits, and toast with spreads.

Breakfast. Beds were great. Pool was lovely and kept very tidy by staff. The beach is really only accessible to people who can manage rocks to get to the water. Views with sunrises and sunsets (and some whales!) were wonderful.

A bit far from town but only an issue because I was there for one night.

No view from the room, which was really outdated and not super clean. We were expecting to be able to cook for ourselves but the stove was so rusty we didn't dare using it. And the cooking equipment was pretty poor as well. Yhe shower was leaking. The nights were really noisy, and the lack of curtains didn't help us to sleep well either.

Welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful garden and swimming pool with stunning view on the ocean. Good place to spot whales. Also pretty close to shops and to town. Beside a bus stop. Good size room.

The breakfast could be more varied. May be more attention to getting rid of vermin’s, as I found a dead cockroach under the hand basin

The staff were friendly and helpful 😊🙏. The facilities were clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool. There was cooked or continental breakfast available each morning. I couldn’t find a laundry but didn’t ask. Can catch the buses just outside. There’s a convenience store and resort bar for evening dinning just along the road. We were very happy with our stay 🙏

Fantastic location, were watching whales in the eve and at breakfast. Stayed for only one night, the accommodation is basic and simple but had all we needed.. the view was great!!

No issues. A bit outdated, but for the price they charged, I think it's worth it.

Nice beach view. Safe and family-friendly. A quiet place, close to the airport and 24-hour shops. The staff is friendly. Enough space and beds in the family room ( double bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 sleeps, and 1 single bed ). No mosquito issues as they covered all the windows with nets. Full kitchen facilities. Indra was very helpful with selecting a room for us.

The unit was very tired. Cupboard doors wouldn't close. Insufficient lighting, eventually found a light switch behind the fridge. Lots of louvre windows but 90% unable to be closed. I had booked a shuttle to the airport when booking, reconfirmed when booking in. Shuttle did not arrive. It would be useful for there to be mention on the website that the water is undrinkable and need to bring your own. There were more modern looking units that may have been truer to the photos.

Conveniently on the bus route. The pool and area around looked nice, I didnt get to use it thought. My unit and bedding was very clean. A nice area to sit and watch the whales passing and easy access to the rocky shore.

Lounge bed was on wheels and kept rolling around when turning in your sleep Car park outside unit was always taken by other people (need accessibility for someone that wouldn't walk far) I also saw another lady who's parking was taken and was out of breath walking from carpark to her room Could use a few more utensils - (couldn't flip my eggs) lol

We were in the family room, good size, bedding was ok, Price wise for stay was really good for our budget loved that we could do a early and later check out due to crazy flights times

Exceptional location, right on the beach. Rooms were positioned around a central pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly let us store bags on location as our plane landed in the morning but check in wasn't until the afternoon. The beach wouldn't be suitable for walking or swimming but was exceptional for photography, especially at sunset.

Everything! We come in with a big family so it was very accommodating to us. Kids enjoyed kiikii, being able to have swims in the pool if we didnt go to the beach. Shops are close by, also being able to cook in our room instead of eating out everyday! Staff was really nice, respectful and accommodating. Definitely worth the stay! Pretty much exceeded our expectations tbh given the reviews.

Rooms, bathroom and kitchen could do with renovation. Very old taps in bathroom hard to use. Not alot of cookery items in kitchen.

Fabulous location, budget accommodation with large rooms. Close to Club Raro and 24 hour Super Brown store with Food Takeaway if you arrive late like we did. Has a pool and loungers. Hot shower good. Transfers from Airport and back $20 per person.

We stayed here 1 night before flying out to Aitutaki. It did the trick. Comfortable room and bed. Dated but that was part of the charm. Nice pool and leisure area.

We had a bit of a wonky ceiling fan in our room. We kept it to the lowest setting (we needed it given the heat at the time).

Rooms were spacious, the pool was awesome. The Buses were super convenient and the location was perfect. Room service was always on the ball. I would recommend anyone wanting quality and affordability
