Loved how it was spacious, calm and easy to access.

That we had to leave… as our holiday time was up.

Spacious complex

Easy check in procedure, staff were friendly and helpful and cery accomodating. Pool was really nice and the playground and trampoline wete excellent for our little ones.

Would need some form of transport as your a wee way away from restaurants if you didnt want to cook in your bungalow.

The self contained unit was great for our small family and having the option to cook was helpful. The grounds were lovely and tidy. Good value for money. Handy to have a small playground and tramp for kids.

Having no restaurant on site was a bit of a nuisance, having to leave for all meals was a bit of a pain and expensive. You definitely need your own meals of transportation as it’s not close to anything. The pool is not heated so it’s very chilly!

Everything. We had the most amazing time. Lagoon Breeze Villas is a great place for a family of all ages, to have a family holiday.

Clean and family friendly. Great options for breakfast, comfortable bed, and has all the necessities you need for an island holiday (snorkeling, beach days, pool days and all)

Close to the beach. Continental breakfast was good. Nice setting and lovely staff.

Lack of high chairs was a pain. Only two and often 6 babies/toddlers needing one. Roosters wake you up at 4am every morning! Units need maintenance and floors need mopping between guests as they were filthy.

Location for snorkelling, nearby restaurants within easy walking distance, great staff, friendly and helpful.

One staff member was more reliable and friendly at happy hour than another. She also made way better cocktails. Last Saturday we waited around but no one came.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is perfect size for a family of four. The resort has a lot of things for kids (playground, trampoline, kayak, beach toys and gear). The location is perfect, right in front of Aroa beach (one of the best on the island.) We rented bikes in the shop next door. Keep in mind that if you don’t have a car there are only two restaurants at walking distance. There’s also a convenience store 700m away. Breakfast is good, but not much variety. There is also a very convenient washing machine.

There are roosters that sing very early in the morning (but it’s like this all around the island)

Such a great location with excellent staff. Lovely Island breakfast and great cocktails at Happy Hour....will certainly recommend

it was all good but with a bad experience

As agreed with the manager, we arranged for a bag to be delivered to our next accommodation. We handed the bag to a staff member and explicitly informed them that it contained a bottle of whiskey, requesting that it be handled with care. Upon receiving the bag, delivered by the manager as agreed, we discovered that the whiskey bottle was missing. When we inquired about its whereabouts, the manager provided an unsatisfactory and evasive response. This incident is deeply concerning. The circumstances lead us to believe the bottle was intentionally removed from the bag. Furthermore, the partial consumption of the bottle before it went missing suggests a serious breach of trust. This conduct is completely unacceptable and has significantly damaged our impression of both the villa and the reputation for honesty that we associate with Rarotonga. The one bedroom villa was very tidy, clean and everything you need. We had a family of 4, kids 13 and 18yrs so they stayed in the single beds in the lounge and we had the bedroom. They had a ceiling fan and we had a fan and AC. We had a dining table and chairs inside and another table and chairs outside. The kitchen had a two element gas cook top, no oven, full fridge and a microwave. Our only negative and it wasn't a major but is good to know was there was a lack of kitchen accessories like a chopping board, cooking utensils, no containers or any basics like salt and pepper etc. Staff were lovely, lots of snorkels etc. There was one kayak free to use any time. The pool was really lovely, loungers and umbrellas. Great location, across the road and about 100 metres to the right there is a gorgeous beach you can snorkel off. This was the best snorkelling we found on the island to be honest, that and Muri which is only a 10 minute drive max.

Hit some snags arranging transport from the airport. The transport company didn't seem to know about us despite contacting the hotel.

Lovely expansive grounds with grass for our little one to run around, it’s quiet relaxing and safe. Staff were so friendly and helpful. A/C and fans worked so well in our room so everyone slept wonderfully. I loved that it doesn’t have all the regulations like the large resorts - we were able to help ourselves to the snorkelling gear etc. brekkie was an added bonus :)

Be great to have a slightly heated pool for the colder months.

Amazing staff, very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, made us feel so welcome. Beautiful breakfast every day, lovely choice of fresh fruit, cereals, etc. Beautiful setting & great location. We loved being able to use the kayaks & snorkelling equipment, our sunset kayak was a highlight.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Love our stay at the Lagoon Breeze Villas, beautiful grounds with plenty of space and banana lounges spread around the grounds and pool. Staff were great 😊
