I expected the bar to be open longer. Awesome cocktails but once bar closed at 6.30pm there was no night life.

On our last day Friday we got locked out of our villa ( we left the key as the cleaner was wanting to get in and then the cleaner locked up after herself). Went to the reception when we came back and between the hours of 2.30pm to 4.30pm no one was available to help us. We had to wait for the bar staff to come on duty at 4.30pm to have access to the spare key. No note was left on the locked reception door to indicate how long anyone would be. Rang the number provided on the information sheet several times and went to voicemail each time.

Very friendly helpful staff Vikki was exceptional. Very clean and great location. We arrived early morning and Vikki made sure 2 out of the 4 villas were ready to access with the grandchildren - awesome service.

Would need some form of transport as your a wee way away from restaurants if you didnt want to cook in your bungalow.

Easy check in procedure, staff were friendly and helpful and cery accomodating. Pool was really nice and the playground and trampoline wete excellent for our little ones.

Having no restaurant on site was a bit of a nuisance, having to leave for all meals was a bit of a pain and expensive. You definitely need your own meals of transportation as it’s not close to anything. The pool is not heated so it’s very chilly!

The self contained unit was great for our small family and having the option to cook was helpful. The grounds were lovely and tidy. Good value for money. Handy to have a small playground and tramp for kids.

One staff member was more reliable and friendly at happy hour than another. She also made way better cocktails. Last Saturday we waited around but no one came.

Location for snorkelling, nearby restaurants within easy walking distance, great staff, friendly and helpful.

There are roosters that sing very early in the morning (but it’s like this all around the island)

The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is perfect size for a family of four. The resort has a lot of things for kids (playground, trampoline, kayak, beach toys and gear). The location is perfect, right in front of Aroa beach (one of the best on the island.) We rented bikes in the shop next door. Keep in mind that if you don’t have a car there are only two restaurants at walking distance. There’s also a convenience store 700m away. Breakfast is good, but not much variety. There is also a very convenient washing machine.

Hit some snags arranging transport from the airport. The transport company didn't seem to know about us despite contacting the hotel.

Outstanding location across from beach. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Amazing staff, very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, made us feel so welcome. Beautiful breakfast every day, lovely choice of fresh fruit, cereals, etc. Beautiful setting & great location. We loved being able to use the kayaks & snorkelling equipment, our sunset kayak was a highlight.

I loved how the staff are so welcoming and helpful, thank you 10X over to the receptionists who were very helpful when I asked for a late check out.
