Not always sure when housekeeping were coming! We were told every second day but unsure of the times and to know to expect at an approximate time would have been nice. I know we’re on island time. But do we get up and go or snooze in? We didn’t realise Sunday housekeeping didn’t come, it was on our second day and public holiday Monday so then we didn’t expect service so this would have been nice to know!

Property was perfect no matter the weather with shade for rain or sun The layout of the villa was wonderfully spacious and comfortable Because it was of the road made it quite for road noise Even in the big winds no windows were rattling. Good ventilation through screened louvred windows. Didn’t need aircon on and supplied doona for cooler nights was cozy

The check-in experience and responsiveness of the hosts left a lot to be desired I'm afraid. I told him I didn't have roaming on the island so was relying on WiFi and the Booking.com messages. I asked for both early check-in and late check-out and got no response to either question. I didn't get a message about when the apartment was going to be ready for us until minutes before the official check-in time despite sending a couple of messages asking - his answer was that he doesn't get alerts on Booking.com. I don't think that's good enough personally. It was easy to get in once I did hear. My messages about a transfer and late checkout were not answered either so I had to arrange it all myself and have a pick-up at 10am. To be fair I didn't send those messages until the evening before check-out but I received no response at all, and I did say not to bother with the transfer as I didn't receive a prompt reply and so couldn't risk waiting. But I didn't then receive any reply at all. The maintenance/cleaner guy was next door the morning of check-out and said "oh you can stay until midday if you like". I'd already had to book a 10am transfer as I'd not had an answer to my request, so that was nice but too late.

The apartment is very nice and had everything we needed. We really liked the island style. It's a little dated but that applies to many of the resorts as well. Was super clean and the bed was divine. Views are amazing although unfortunately it was extremely windy for our stay so we were unable to really enjoy the deck or beach. It's also very private as the beach is kind of cut off at one end so discourages a lot of people walking past.

Facilities were great, gear available for kayaking and snorkelling was great. Location perfect, close to Cafes and restaurants. Very clean and serviced regularly. Awesome stay!

The only issue in our stay was the two frying pans. They both have exceeded their life use. Everything sticks. Time to replace. That's it

Well appointed villa with short walks to restaurants and bars but quiet location. Lagoon quite shallow on this beach section with a lot of coral so snorkeling sometimes trickier but worthwhile. Readily accessible car hire. Airport transfers included and with a late evening flight back, the availability of a late checkout was very welcome.

Everything, from pick up at airport, Mesake was amazing. Villa very clean, great location, everything you could possibly need. Really appreciated the fruit, water, milk juice, eggs etc. Wifi too and own swimming pool. Unit serviced every 2 days with full clean. 💜

Location was great and it had everything for a great stay. Kind of need a car to get around but easy to hire one and not essential. Snorkels to use was great and the view beautiful.

Entrance to the property. The sliding door bedroom to the deck not sliding very well. No cloth for wiping down benches. Couldn't lock the door to courtyard, pool area which is also entrance to villa.

It was a little dated, loungers were stained and it does get quite shallow in the sea out the front of the villa but could still snorkel at high tide. Looking at other properties while walking along the beach ours were still much better as was lovely soft sand and the hermit crabs were everywhere :)

Great location for Muri Lagoon and Titikaveka - for cafes and resort restaurants etc and for smoother swimming and snorkelling. Just loved sitting on the deck on the Loungers spotting the whales! Loved the layout of the villa and the view was amazing. Also got clean towels every few days which was great.

Yes it has a kitchen but lack of cooking pots and staple ingredients were lacking (salt/ pepper/oil) the fridge was well stocked though with milk, eggs, juice. Sorry to criticise but the small things need to be checked.

The beach front is lovely with little public thoroughfare, it’s located within a short distance of shops and resort spas and restaurants

Could do with new pillows on the bed and cushions on the couch. But other then that you cant fault much.

Absolutely loved this place! Appreciated the essential food provided, was enough to make breakfast. We ate out every night but it is equipt with everything you need to cook a feast! Location was great - you do need a vehicle. They have a nice Hyundai Elite available to hire for $60 per day including insurance, if you plan on roaming the island. Just ask! Des is lovely ☺️ The beach isn’t really for swimming but it wasnt a problem as you have your own private pool at the back. The staff are fantastic! Mesake picked us up from the Airport and had our vehicle ready at the Villa. Staff came every 2nd day to service the Villa.

We were met at the airport by a friendly driver, who handed us the key on arriving. The villa is in a great location if you don't mind a walk into Muri. It was generally quiet when we were there. The view was great, not many passers by, comfortable accommodation and our own small pool. You also get your own gecko family visiting you!

Rendezvous villa is a spacious, home-like place, beautifully designed, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, spas, Muri night market, Te Vara Nui Village, beautiful Rito shop with natural organic skincare products -pretty nice actually ... .It is ideal for people, who love privacy...but yet where is everything you need for socializing too...Location is great! It is not the first time we were staying with them, and definitely not the last...Actually, we just love the place. We love the people, who made our staying at the villa this enjoyable -and we love to meet the same team, we met our last staying. Thank you, guys. We love this bedroom, with comfortable spacious bed.....the swimming pool is quite large and deep, so you can actually swim, bathroom is spacious too with the beautiful mirror and wooden bench... the main room got a nice sofa , kitchen got everything you need to cook for yourself, if you are not in the mood to go out.
