Beautiful villa’s in a private enclave right on the beach. Gorgeous pool, all the amenities you could wish for and wonderful, friendly hosts. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing retreat.

Immaculately presented property with nice little touches in kitchen etc that were well thought out and meant have everything needed. Small enough to be very quiet and relaxing, but good amenities, access to Kayaks and snorkelling gear etc. Good communications before and during visit with owners being around as needed but careful not to intrude. Although no restaurant on property - there is a good restaurant next door and other good ones within walking distance and good facilities in the rooms for cooking etc.

If I was to be extremely picky, we could easily hear our neighbours chatting, foot steps and preparing meals through the walls.

Anything you think you might need was available in your villa or within the complex. It felt like stepping in to a private sanctuary with few guests and lovely maintained gardens. Great pool, amenities and of course beachside with excellent snorkelling.

The villa was clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous, with indoor and outdoor showers. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The attention to detail was impressive. Beachfront location with amazing views and the sunsets were breathtaking. Good snorkeling right outside the villas. Numerous restaurants to choose from.

Snorkeling isn't great right out front of property so we drove round to the other side every day to go snorkeling. This is literally the only downside of the place as snorkeling was our main activity here. I can't say enough about every other aspect of this resort as it is absolutely amazing.

Walking into the unit (#3) was just jaw dropping to start with. we were in heaven. Then through to the absolutely gobsmacking front view of the lagoon and ocean from the huge balcony. Everything is here for our stay. Rick and Jo welcomed us with a overview on things and during our stay nothing was too much trouble. Best things.... ...the VIEW, walking straight out onto the beach from our balcony. ample comfy seating /table on balcony. No roosters/chickens around here, king size soft comfy 4 poster bed, huge shower, plus outside shower, great hot water, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, heated pool, located on sheltered side of island, netflix on TV. overall quality of furnishing are like new, clean. only 4 beachfront villas so Very private. the photos cannot match reality. Got to be 6 stars if I could give.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Serenity villa! The accommodation was stunning—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it a true island paradise. We never wanted to leave. Jo and Rick were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our experience even more special. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and stunning beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend this beautiful retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Rarotonga! We can’t wait to return

NOTHING

Spectacular accommodation in a spectacular place. This may have been the most relaxing 4-day stay of our lives. Every expectation was exceeded. The scale and design of this place is so special: 5 roomy villas opening up to coconut palms, white sand, azure coral lagoon water, aquamarine breakers, and South Pacific cloud stacks and sunsets. Even the beautiful pool has view, and the lounges and deck chairs all are perfectly positioned on the pool deck and thoughtfully scattered beach platforms. C'mon, this could not be better. Jo kept us fully informed about every detail before we checked in, and made sure we booked the right taxi to get us "home" after a late flight in. Rick has every detail of the property wired and is appropriately proud of his design and build. Immaculately clean before and during our stay, every door, lounge, drawer, kayak, snorkel, washing machine, kettle, fan, and fridge worked perfectly. The indoor and outdoor showers were off the charts. Rick confirmed the best snorkel beaches (compete with sting ray, turtle, and scores of beautiful fish and coral I'd never seen), dive bars, and restaurants, and is a wealth of local and cultural knowledge. We want to go back now! 5+++ stars. Thank you, Jo and Rick!

The option of thinner pillows

Fabulous view of the beach and lagoon with out own private beach. Lovely snorkeling in the lagoon with corals and plentiful fish. The owner, Rick, was very helpful and unobtrusively attentive.

Fantastic place to stay!!! Rick was wonderfully helpful with great suggestions and tips. The AC villa was a perfect home base with beautiful gardens, pool, and beach right outside. The snorkeling was great, and we saw whales most days. We would absolutely recommend Serenity to anyone! Thank you again...A++++

Villa was a great size and awesome private outside shower. Location right on the beach and walking distance to lots of restaraunts. Loved the warm salt pool.

having to check out

Great set of villas, half have beach view, half have garden view, nice pool and facilities available as well. We had a beach view and it was really nice to wake up to that view every morning. Rick welcomed us in and gave us the overview of where everything was and some good local restaurants to try - he was around if we needed anything too. Very relaxing stay, we even got to see the whales most days during the stay.

Nothing really. It was hard to fault.

Very detailed instructions sent prior to arrival, which make getting into the apartment easy. No children made the place genuinely very quiet which was delightful. Rick was great. Happy to engage, but also happy to leave us to ourselves to enjoy the space. The size and layout of the apartment was outstanding. Very comfortable and pleasant place to spend time when not on the beach. The location is fabulous. Right next a resort when you can use their restaurant, and while we were not on the beach it was a minute's walk through the complex and met all my needs for snorkeling and tropical fish.
