What didn’t I like about the property… modern, the most amazing host, super clean & well maintained, close to the city & beach spots, well priced for a fully equipped & functional space. Honestly absolutely worth every single penny, already looking at the time I’m back!!

Nothing really but some basic instructions on how to work the washing machine and dryer would have been helpful. A couple of small armchairs or seat cushions on the dining chairs would have made it a bit more comfortable.

We can't really think of anything we didn't like. Maybe if you were there specifically for a beach holiday, an ocean front place would be better but it's not far to walk to the the beach.

The property was bright, clean, tastefully furnished and had all the facilities you would expect for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again. It's very close to Avarua, the Airport and the Hospital.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the host but the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. Beautifully designed and decorated villa. Would have loved to stay longer especially if we had been able to rent a car. Really appreciated the attention to detail. Thanks

The property was lovely and clean. The shower was great and the bed is super comfortable. Great storage too. Easy to walk to the beach and get coffee.

A coffee plunger would be a great addition to all the other great cooking facilities.

Maria was so lovely and has done such a brilliant job with the studio- it is beautiful, modern, clean, spacious! There is even a room to put luggage in. Just a short walk away from Black Rock and Social Centre, with some of the most incredible snorkeling on the island. Lovely little deck outside looking onto the garden. Great to have mosquito net screens. It felt like every detail was thought about. Maria was so kind to offer us a lift as she was driving past us, she made us feel so warmly welcomed in Rarotonga, such incredible hospitality!

I loved the little things that made the stay enjoyable. From the kitchen cookware and homeward set, to the bathroom and bed, it was the best stay I've had on the island and I've been around most air bnbs.

Excellent, especially the owner Lady L, her kindness made me feel at home , fully getting the hosting of cook island people. Will definitely come back again if visit rarotonga again

Quite a bit of traffic going past often with curtains that did not block out lights at nighttime.

Great cooking facilities and a decent size fridge. Was able to freeze drink bottles. Location was good. Within walking distance to the beach and a food truck with the best fresh fish and chips - yellow fin tuna and marlin.

I did have a few issues with the water pressure and the washing machine and dryer didnt work however maria was able to fix the water pressure as soon as i raised it and also got all my clothes washed and dry cleaned. She was so quick which i appreciated so much

We landed late at night. It was difficult to find the property in the dark. would have been nice if there was a directions map as a part of the check in email and some lights outside the property.

A super clean villa close to the airport. Well equipped and spacious. We only stayed the one night before flying home, but would recommend for longer stays also. Located close to Black Rock beach and lots of eating places not too far away.

We had a wonderful stay at Studio Varia! The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. We were able to store our bags earlier in the property as we arrived early in the morning. The Studio was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend it more!
