The shower was not having hot water, but it was not a biggie.

We were warmly welcomed at the airport, and our host immediately took us to the Boat Shed to collect our scooters while they kindly delivered our luggage to our accommodation. The property was spotless, right on the beach, and just 10 metres from a lovely dining spot. We enjoyed a stunning sunset during our stay, and the house truly had everything we needed. Sadly, we could only stay for two nights as it was fully booked, but we left with wonderful memories. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

The view off the deck was marvellous and we really enjoyed the convenience of having a cafe on the property. The windows are insect proofed, the air con didn’t miss a beat and the washing machine was very beneficial. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating also! This property was incredible value for money - Thankyou!

Wish the beach had better swimming conditions. Might be nice to have tea & coffee supplied.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews but am so glad we stayed. Was good value compared to other accomodations on the island (I didn’t need a fancy over priced hotel room). Bonus they happily picked us up at the airport. Whole Villa to yourself. Facilities were great, air conditioning worked well. Shower water flowed, alittle tricky to get temperature correct but nothing I couldn’t figure out. Villa clean. Lovely toiletries, washing machine & laundry powder supplied. Takeaway available close by. Overall happy/ is fair for what I paid.

Beachfront with beautiful sunsets

Whilst the view is lovely the water there isn't ideal for swimming. It is very shallow and a bit murky. We didn't swim there. We went to some of the beaches at the northern end of the island instead. Some of the other reviews of the property were pretty negative about the facilities. It isn't 5 star but we weren't expecting that. And some of the issues raised previously have been addressed. The bed was a bit hard but ok. The worst thing for us was there was a problem with the hot water (i.e. none) on the last night. I'm sure that was fixed soon after.

It is a very friendly and private spot. A little restaurant and shop on site. Others aren't too far away. The view from the villa is great. We were able to hire a car from the hosts as well. Whilst the island is small it is big enough that it is worthwhile having some powered wheels. For us a little car was ideal.

No hot water and very loud and inconsistent water pressure/ flow.

Cute open plan studio villa with excellent air conditioning. Deck to sit on and look out at the water but not a great swimming location. Close to town Great to get picked up from airport and was given an orientation drive around. Great to have shop and cafe on site and more in community rather than a resort as is a single villa in the backyard.

The water pressure was extremely low due to a problem with the pump. It may be sorted out by now, but made showering difficult as sometimes water just dribbled out. The view of the water was very nice, but you can't get in the water there as it is too shallow. Recommend transportation to swim other places.

We were met at the airport, and able to check in early. The place was a good size, very simply furnished. A/C worked well, although it could use a fan. We enjoyed the deck for sunset and wasn't too buggy. They also gave us a ride to the next accommodations. Cafe was good for the value as well.

When you look out from the balcony you should not have to view rubbish lying around on the ground. They need to work harder at keeping the area around the place clean and tidy. Some small details need attention eg the fridge urgently needs defrosting and a good clean/ chipped crockery needs replacing

Shower fluctuated between boiling hot and cold. Shower walls, corners and slides needed a good clean with bleach. Washing machine was half full of water with a mat/towel in it when we arrived so unusable. No instructions or welcoming info for arrivals so couldn’t get tv to work, phone was dead and internet hotspot only usable at the burger bar (not a restaurant!) music too loud and too modern for 60+ age group (unlike other eateries that had soft polynesian background music)

The location, looking out over the lagoon was perfect. Lovely large room and bathroom. Breezy deck to enjoy the stars from. Aircon was a godsend. Suitable accommodation for the 20-40 age group

Could do with some form of soap holder in shower (had to place on floor when not using). Good meals at cafe/restaurant but.......took 1 hr 20 mins one night (they forgot our order)

Very comfortable villa with plenty of room and a great balcony. King size bed and good kitchen. Transfers from the airport included. Washing machine in villa. Brilliant sunsets. Very safe. Restaurant onsite. Lisa helped organise a scooter and Lagoon tour which was an amazing trip. Would recommend hiring a scooter to get around. Best snorkelling without needing a boat is near Marine research area, Western end of old runway! Aitutaki - what a place!!

Pull out bed for child a little small if taller than 5 feet.

Private, quiet, and convenient food and beverage steps away, 7 days a week. I loved having my cafe latté every morning! Owner and staff very pleasant.
