It was beautiful and clean I would go back if I visit Rarotonga again.what I loved the most was the fact that they had all the tools in the kitchen to cook like air fryer they had a bottle of water in the fridge nice and cold jams etc including oil etc anything you could think of they had it all even a blender.this was a 10/10

Had some effluent smell from one bathroom during first couple of days. Reported to property manager and was a lot better for remainder of stay.

The property was clean and well presented. Excellent views. Easy access to experiences Rarotonga had on offer.

The huntsman spider that walked over my face on the last night.

Very comfortable, plenty of space and well set up kitchen. Loved the balcony and the view.

The floors are pretty thin between the upper and lower units. You can hear guests if they are staying above/below you. Didn't bother us too much though.

Stunning views across the golf course and out to the ocean. The units are very large with lots of space. The spa pool was nice to soak in at the end of the day. Very nice hosts. You will need a car or scooter to access the property. There's lots of parking space. A washing machine is available on site and also a clean drinking water fountain to refill your bottles.

The property was excellent the view was magnificent the facilities were very clean and there was plenty of space and toiletries available there was a laundry room, clothes line everything you need to be comfortable.

it was excellent the staff were so helpful especially Rose who made it such a smooth check in she was so good i even had a slip up with my dates and Rose was ever so good to accommodate me

Exceptional location with amazing views. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable. Quite family friendly environment with outstanding view of sunsets. Hosts went out of their way to help make everything run smoothly, even when our car let us down, which was not even their responsibility. Accommodation with the wow factor.

There was a bad smell in the bathrooms for some reason like a bad drainage.

The location was really good, it was very homely and comfortable as well as affordable making it much better than a hotel. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

walking to and from anywhere

great place, lots of facilities. without a car it made it hard to go anywhere as we didn’t know prior to arrival that it was up hill.

Loved the view. I felt so comfortable and safe. The Links and its hosts are great. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people I know were traveling to the Cook Islands.

Beautiful and new accomodation. Gorgeous views, very comfortable and clean and hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. 10/10 recommend and we hope to come back soon

The WiFi was crap, you can't advertise free WiFi and provide a service that doesn't work and won't connect to the internet. Having WiFi that won't allow internet access is like taking an electric toaster on a camping trip, it is useless. The location wasn't in a Vodaphone hotspot area so I basically was there on a business trip paying top dollar for an apartment that advertised free WiFi, only to have no internet access for the entire stay. The property managers couldn't really have cared less when they were contacted.

Good view but that's about all the apartment had going for it. Most transport options wouldn't pick us up from the apartment, everyone wanted to pick you up / drop you off at Black Rock store. So unless you have a hire car you will struggle as the walk up the mountain is a killer.

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom everytime you took a shower. It appeared like a septic tank smell/sewer smell.

Location was fantastic, The villa gives you a comfort of your own home.
