Safe place to drop off bags and head out and enjoy the island! LOVED the beach just a 30 second walk. Bring your snorkel we saw all types of fish! Happy to stay here again on out next Raro adventure

The location was great for the beach/lagoon, in our opinion and our friends, better than some of the resorts. About a 15 minute walk for food and you can walk up the beach back.

Without a car you are a wee bit isolated, but if you dont mind walking its not a problem. Theres a rental car place about 30 minute walk down the road to solve that issue.

Amazing location and fantastic hosts. This was the perfect spot for us as first-time visitors to Rarotonga. Not luxury, but the perfect beach bach experience, close to great restaurants and bakery and not far from town. Brilliant whale watching and swimming at your doorstep. We will be back.

Close to the Lagoon. Staff were great.

Cooking Facilities no Hotplate or pots. 3 Rooms had no view only one had partial view due to too many trees.

A great place to stay if you want peace and quiet on the beach. Friendly, helpful staff who made the stay great.

Lovely quiet position on the beach (roosters noise excluded… can’t escape on the island), functional clean rooms. I was upstairs with great balcony, a view down on the garden out towards the sea. Handy to store over the road and yum restaurants nearby. Microwave, fry pan, toaster and kettle… meant I was sorted for breakfasts. Bus stop at the end of the drive.

Signage was a bit of a challenge in the dark on arrival only.

Great budget adults only venue, with 'private' beach, shop across the road, and easy walk to further shops. Staff are very good and friendly.

Friendly staff, great beachside location, Palm trees and coconuts, what more could you want.

Very pleasant room in lovely location. Clean, bright, and comfortable. Had wonderful balcony with lounge chairs and table overlooking garden and ocean. People who ran it were very nice . Room had minimalist cooking facilities, dishes had to be washed in bathroom sink. Location was quiet and peaceful. Convenience store across street. Near bus into town center.

Management was lovely, super friendly and very helpful rooms were as expected, well equipped, super handy location close enough to city with beautiful tidy beach Gardening staff were lovely

when servicing rooms, they didn't replace the toilet paper

Quiet spot away from busier touristy area but bus stop right outside and a couple of decent resorts a short walk up the beach for cocktails and meals. Convenience store and bakery very close, and great food truck burgers close to Black Rock.

Loved the beach, location, that it is adults only, gardens,friendly & helpful staff, beach view bungalows,clean tidy

The location is beautiful and the bungalow was simple, but good for my needs. The whole place grew on me and the staff were lovely.

I asked to move rooms as initially felt a but claustrophobic.
