Plenty of room and modern facilities

Could use more activity things for down time

It's very cozy, and there is plenty of room for my whanau.There were 8 whanau members staying at the accommodation. Deck was large enough for us, and when we had other whanau visitors as well.

The bbq was a little small as there were a lot of us, so it took longer to cook our kai. Also, the driveway was a little small. Visitors had to patk down on the road but was no biggy

The house was beautiful, luxurious and clean. Loved the size of everything, it was perfect for my big family. The kids loved feeding the chickens and the scenery all around the house was beautiful. Nikao beach was a few minutes drive down the road and was my favourite snorkelling spot. Loved the fruit basket, the games, leaflets and even the movies on the tv. All equipment supplied were fully functioning and you are really equipped with so much at the house. I hope we left it in a good state as I would love to come back every year, even if it’s by myself haha.

The driveway wasn’t good for the car we hired, so, make sure you get a car that has good tyres and isn’t low as you have to go up a hill, then up the driveway and then down a bit of a steep driveway. Also, the directions to the house could be simplified better. You can use google maps to get to Tioni William Rd and then look for the sign “Old Navy Houses” on the left towards the top of the hill. Drive up the driveway and then drive down to the bottom house. Or something like that. Can be quite hot during the hotter months. As the ceiling fans aren’t strong and there’s no aircon. Some extra pedestal fans would be useful.

Spacious house which was fully equipped with everything you could need. We were a group of 8 friends and it was a fantastic option with plenty of room for us all. 3 bathrooms was a huge advantage and the views were great and the outdoor area could not have been better. Communication with Wayne was quick and easy via email. We also can't thank them enough for offering a surprise late check-out for our evening flight, that was so SO appreciated and made our stay so much easier and the last day a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. We had so much fun on our scooters going up and down from the house to the beach or into town. We had hot and humid weather so it was nice to be up on the hill with a bit of a breeze!

We absolutely loved everything about this house. You can see the planes arrive when sitting on the decking. The breeze is absolutely phenomenal. The feeling you get like you're in your own home.

Very hot and lots of mosquitoes might have been the wrong time of year to come but at time it felt like there was no air ' an aircon would have been a 10/10 stay for me

Spacious and peaceful and plenty of room for my family

The property is beautiful, large, spacious and immaculately clean. It has everything that you need with all the comforts of home and was a perfect place for our group of 5 adults. Our group wanted accommodation where we could all be together and also have our own space and privacy and this property ticked all the boxes. The rooms are large, with a lovely deck with beautiful views for entertaining and relaxing after a full day of island exploring, so I would definitely recommend this property to any large groups or families visiting Rarotonga. The Property manager Wayne and on-site property manager Gillene were great with communicating details on how to get to the property and very hospitable and welcoming when we had arrived. Although location and views is beautiful the property is up on the mountains so a vehicle will be needed to get to the property and also get around. Wifi is based off Hotspot so will need to purchase data however found it easier purchasing an e-sim on arrival for data. Another thing is the photos of the property shown online do not do it justice. In reality the rooms are actually a lot larger, more beautiful, with a lot more light to them.

Everything about this property is beyond what you would expect. Such a beautiful home and the view is breathtaking. Would 100% recommend.

The fan in the bunk rooms wasn't working properly and internet wasn't working and with voucher aswell.

Loved the accomodation. Was really good and catered to all our needs. Gillene was wonderful and the mum I had met. Such nice hospitality. Really loved the balcony. We spent most of our time there.

I think for the price we are paying maybe a capped wifi would be good to add. Just a suggestion.

The views were great, location excellent, lovely spacious house with everything we needed.

The road there wasn't great but that wasn't the hosts issue.

Location was fabulous. Beds were comfy and the house has a fantastic atmosphere to it.

Fantastic home in a great location away from the main road. Was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy a week away. Friendly and helpful hosts.
