The bed is very old, stained and hard. We had to use the sun lounger squabs as a topper mattress. Only cleaned once in our 2 week stay and no cleaning products provided, apart from dish liquid and toilet cleaner.

Loved being right on the beach. Very spacious, we used the blue Ray and dvd’s provided. Kitchen was well implemented.

A bit hard to find road sign and entry point in middle of the night. TV did not get local channel as far as we could see. But found other ways to fill time rather than TV A bit of uncertainty re whether full payment had been received prior. Lack of communication from Booking.com and hosts.

This is one of three villas, quite close together which is maybe not as clear in the marketing of the property. This could have been me not reading the smaller print.

Beautiful views from the villas which are set back off the road. Excellent facilities, which were clean and comfortable. Easy check in and great communication from the property. We absolutely loved our stay, great value for money, especially if you are renting a car.

My wife found the bed a bit firm, and it rocked each time I rolled over. Need more regular towel replacement. Microwave stopped working. Only 2 burner stove top and no oven, made making meals challenging.

Location on beach front was great. Fabulous view from the verandah. Even saw whales playing beyond the reef. Entertained by all the people going to swim with the turtles. Spacious villa.

It’s NOT a NO SMOKING property, although there is a “no smoking in the villa “rule, and the villas are close enough together so if you neighbors smoke outside the smoke drifts and is shared. Only negative of this property.

The location is next to the turtle tour business. The water current here can be dangerous without proper support but a short walk up the beach leads to lovely snorkeling areas. There are 3 cabins on the property and neighbors close, but with considerate other visitors it’s very peaceful and almost remote. Morning tea on the porch overlooking the water is amazing. It’s Walking distance (maybe 1/3 mile) to Wigmores and other restaurants and services. (Take a flashlight because it’s very dark at night!) Great laundry facilities and sparse but good kitchen. All, including the bathroom, are modern and clean. It’s my 7th trip to Rarotonga and it’s my 2nd favorite place to stay. (Loved my 2 week stay Feb 2025)

The bed squeaks every time you turn over, needs to be fixed with more than stuffing the joints with paper. Needs an extra throw or blanket for sitting outside on a cool evening.

Good location, great to have a small grassy area. Good selection of kitchen utensils, was clean and the cleaners were great. Liked the hammock, loungers and outdoor shower.

The check-in could have been more welcoming. Printed information was outdated ie extra charges if anything was broken or missing. We ended up taking photos and sending text messages as several items on the Inventory weren't in the Villa. Had no problem with refund of deposit however was unnecessary rigmarole. Other things: we were there in July so not too hot but may be uncomfortable without air-con in summer; no internet or free to air TV, it's a WiFi hot spot but you need your own data (we had a Cook Island SIM so no problem).

The location for swimming/snorkelling was excellent. You could swim with the turtles right at the front door. Need to keep away from Tour Operators but this was easily done. Best at low tide or incoming tide for snorkelling. It was safe to swim and snorkel. Some snorkelling gear at the Villa but we had our own. Left a pool noodle - great to float and snorkel. Other things we liked: washing machine (with washing powder provided); lovely deck with great view; good sized bathroom with spotless shower; overall very clean; a range of TV shows and movies were provided.

Private peace of paradise right on the beach. Maria was absolutely lovely and helped immensely with the payment process. Couldn't come with a higher recommendation. Would definitely book again. The views are to die for and our little bungalow was everything we needed for a reset and recharge. Sensational!!!

My husband found the bed uncomfortable, maybe too soft?, although it was fine for me.

Great location on the beach. Only three cabins which are well spaced. Comfortable family beach house feel. Pictures give you an accurate sens of the place. Ceiling fan and sea breezes kept us cool.

Communication with this accomodation could be better. No direct email address given and none of the provided local phone numbers worked. It was a bit unnerving needing to prepay by bank transfer but not have a direct line of communication with the property manager. The information in the villas about items included needs to be updated (some items were missing) and there was no information about how to operate the hard drive connected to the tv. We couldn’t get it to display any of the movies in full screen. And while we were not in Rarotonga to watch tv, as we had 7 days of wind and overcast or raining weather, there were times when we did want to relax indoors and watch a movie.

These are lovely villas in a great spot. Close to Wigmores and two great restaurants (Vaima and The Yellow Hibiscus) and ocean views. The milk, juice and fruit supplied on day 1 was a nice touch. Quiet and fairly private.

Very hot weather so air con would be a bonus, but we just opened the doors. Barbeque was not working.

Perfect self contained villa right on the beach with everything needed for self catering. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment, but sufficient for two people. We loved being right on the beach, and having a large covered deck for sitting outside. There were also two kayaks available for us to use. Thank you Maria we would love to visit again.
