“Very quiet location amongst beautiful trees. The cabin is basic but has everything you need (stove, water, fridge, shower, hot water, cozy bed with lots of blankets, couch, table, parking). The owners always came to stoke the fire when I was away so always came back to a warm cabin”
“The vibe is great, you can tell a lot of heart has gone into making duub a special place. Beds are comfy, rooms are adequate size, bathrooms are super clean, the kitchen equipment is great, and chilling by the pool in the middle of the forest is priceless. There's even a small pump track style mtb trail that loops around the property. Hammocks by the trees, cuddly dogs, what else could you wish for?
The host is next-level kind, knows the ins and outs of Las Trancas, and he's always willing to provide you with advice regarding trail systems and fun activities, making your stay even better.

“The location was very close to restaurants, as well as hikes, and the biking areas. It was close to a bus stop as well so not hard to get to the hot springs or to chillan. There is a pool and a gym, as well as a lovely garden to walk around. Just such a wonderful place to stay!!”
“By far the best facilities of all the hostels I've stayed at in South America, the photos don't do this place justice! It's a small thing, but when you have a powerful hot shower in a clean bathroom and a great music playing in the showers' speakers, you know you're in a good place. The owner was extremely accommodating and I was even able to work on my laptop next to the pool.
This is also the first place I've been where I've been able to run on the trails straight from the hostel. No bus or taxi needed!”
