this is a charming small hotel. Staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and decorated.

Location by a major road so that traffic was active even at night. Parking at the hotel limited to a handful of vehicles; additional parking available closely but in just a backyard, not a parking lot.

A great hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to restaurants and the parking was by the hotel. When it got cold they fire was lit and we enjoyed a comfortable couple of hours reading by it. I would stay again.

Everything. The staff, room, breakfast, location, etc was all exceptional. There are no complaints. They were very friendly to me, my wife, and my 2 year old son. They went out of their way to make sure that my son had food that he would eat for breakfast.

Main parking space is tight, but we were offered a space in an adjoining area.

Very helpful staff, who were happy to bring tea to the room, and helped us with finding parking. Lovely room, and pleasant bar.

New hotel with excellent location. Very quiet. Modern style and very confortable accommodation. Bed and linens were good. Very nice private little patio to seat outside. Tasty continental breakfast with eggs. Excellent coffee!!! Would definitely come back. We ate at La Escuela, few blocks from there. Delicious and originally prepared and served dishes.

Location is excelent, right into town. Breakfast was really good. Warmth of place was cool. The chimney was amazing.

On our second night we were troubled by noisy guests in the room next door. Not the fault of the hotel. Check and ask for a quiet room.

Ultra modern decor in a rustic style. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was simple and could be improved with a few additions like egg, jam and better coffee.

The room was perfect wit a nice outdoor place to rest with chairs and a table. Bathroom nice. Enough space.

- as others have commented, breakfast could be improved. in our experience, there was fruit, bread, avocado, cheese, and deli meat every morning. I would have appreciated a non-dairy milk option for the tea and coffee. (but the café in the teatro nearby is fantastic! closed on Sundays, but highly recommend going there during the week) - I would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room to store some food so we could pack our lunch for outings and beach days (and also so I could’ve bought milk for my morning coffee) - there was a leak in our shower that made the floor sopping wet, even with the bath mat - they’ve checked off that they have hair dryers, but they don’t. so be aware of that if you like to dry your hair - because our room was close to the dining room, we were woken up by the music and people having their breakfast. I think stronger doors would help with the noise isolation. - I understand that they’re capitalizing on the busy season, but for us, the value wasn’t totally there because we stayed in a luxury eco cabin on the other side of town for 17.000 clp/ night more and had a 10/10 experience there.

- provided fresh water daily - private patio in the room - decent bed, linens, pillows - location is really easy for walking around town and makes for an easy exit/ entrance in car - we didn’t have any trouble with parking while we were there (fit 2 mid-size sedans, 1 SUV, and 1 pickup truck). one night we parked on the street in front, but didn’t have any issues or feel insecure with the area. - decor matches the vibe of the area and feels very cozy
