A little investment could be done in the laundry area.

The whole atmosphere in Aji is amazing. It goes beyond being a hostel, it felt like home away from home. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Alejandra transformed our night meals into a special family dinner with all the love she brings to the table. We stayed in the tents and were very pleased with our choice.

Showers were dirty and rarely had hot water. The kitchen was too small for the number of people that used it.

The bathrooms are quite tired, and could do with having more showers for the number of guests, especially as there are only 2 with hot water.

The pool was quite dirty so it was nice to sit around but not to get in. It was very loud with drums and signing on the main road until about midnight which is of course very audible through the tent!

Nice hostel with a pool and communal areas - the 3 bed tent was clean and tidy, equipped with a fan and plug sockets. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Like: the staff were very helpful at check in and gave a fantastic tour even though they were very busy. Space is very clean and kitchen kept tidy and well maintained. Dislike: the room we booked was right at the end of the common area, with windows looking in/out to the space. We could always hear people and always had to have the curtains shut for privacy. There was also the light which would be left on overnight in the common space, but the curtains are not blackout, meaning the room is fully illuminated.

Great facilities and friendly helpful staff. We stayed in the tent accommodation which had a private bathroom and was very conformable. The hostel is a short stroll to the main town of San Pedro de Atacama.

Stayed in a private tent with private bathroom. Spotlessly clean, bed was so comfortable and bathroom was lovely with a hot shower and good pressure. Clean towels. Great little place to chill out in our private area and also in the communal areas and at the pool. Staff were so helpful.

The restaurant on premises is rather expensive and open and close without warning. And it's a 20 minute walk to another restaurants.

The kitchen was small. Other than that, nothing.

The place was very beautiful, good location, not too far from the center. The little tents were amazing, the bathrooms always very clean, and the video be in general was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helping.
