The menu was limited. Fish, seafood and 2 vegetarian meals. I know the hotel is on the sea, but their could be one or two choices that are not seafood. The pools were nice and had good atmosphere and seating, but spa was basically non-existent. You could get a massage at a good price, but no other service.

The room was nice a bit small, but large bathroom and a great view with lovely balcony to sit on.

Staff was really rude at first, no effort on speaking spanish to non spanish speakers and also not making me feel welcomed. felt like I was doing a favor on staying there. Whe I checked in, the staff changed and the new staff was ok.

The view was perfect, the room was great, breakfast was good too.

Rooms had a generous space but were basic (like a Holiday Inn) and the outdoor pool was not heated and the breakfast was mediocre

The infrastructure, the furniture was very cheap looking, the rooms in the higher stories had no elevator. Additionally, on Thursdays, they host an extremely loud party right outside the rooms, which goes past 11 at night.

The front desk woman didn't know anything about the area and she didn't put any effort trying to help you, she just says I'm not from this area, I work in a hotel too and I inform myself about everything in case my guesses ask about recommendations or directions.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean, spacious room very comfortable bed , soft sheets and everything close walking distance

Location was great. Walking distance to cafes and beaches. Breakfast was nice. We didn’t have meals at the restaurant but wine and pisco sour at the bar were excellent.

Our check in was pushed out until 5:00 p.m. We had to wait over 4 hours from the time we arrived. And yhe had to search for pool towels since there were none in our room.

Breakfast selection could be a bit bettter

Location is fabulous with our room overlooking the sea. The staff without exception were excellent. Breakfast was good but quite basic in selection . However dinner was very good

The breakfast was good but for 4* hotel (probably) O expect a little bit more. Staff was nice but after we finished breakfast and one day dinner as well it’s a bit of impolite to start moving the table to “gently” inform you to leave. Same after dinner (which was good) to ask us if we want anything else or not. I understand, they have to make their work, preparations etc but for me as a guest it’s annoying. Also contact with reception- they answered via Booking message very late and were sending us meaningless info that we didn’t pay in advance which was not true 🙄

Too close to the road Restaurant short of staff Bookings policy. My daughter put the wrong date ( 1 more day in the beginning of my stay) Wrote to remove that date and Booking did not allow it. I paid for an expensive stay that I did not use. I will not use Booking again.
