I don't usually leave reviews but I really have to say about the staff and service we had at Nayara. It was spectacular, sensational, wonderful, incredible. We were pampered throughout our stay and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. They were very polite, friendly, kind and very welcoming. Thank you so much for the great time we had with you!

Restaurant is not very good. Food was often raw, orders kept getting confused or food preferences not respected. I wouldn’t recommend the “all inclusive” package.

There is no room service for breakfast - I feel that paying this much for a resort, they should be able to offer room service. The breakfast ends early at 10am, and if you miss it, lunch is not until 1

This property is definitely in the most beautiful location possible. The staff were also very friendly and accommodated our needs. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable

Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible views, restaurant, bars and pools. The perfect place to relax after amazing tours arranged by the hotel. Not cheap but good value considering the quality of everything you get. The staff also couldn’t be more helpful making sure your stay is perfect arranging for tours, dinners, trips into town….nothing is too much trouble. A stay to remember!

That I had to leave.

Amazing property located a bit out of San Pedro, which allows a great view of the night sky. Service was outstanding. All the staff went above and beyond to help, and I’d like to give a thanks to Francia, Tamara, Diego and Ricardo for taking the time to make the stay even better. The room was comfortable with high quality amenities.

Some admin details could be improved. Breakfast service could be a little speedier. No proper storage space in the room. No sign posting to get to the hotel which delayed us arriving.

Absolutely gorgeous place, wonderful setting and the landscaping was so fitting. There were several smaller pools giving you privacy as well as a lovely hot whirl pool, sauna and hammam that you could pre-book for your private enjoyment. We also went on a couple of excursions which were brilliant, especially the geyser tour with breakfast in the desert. Housekeeping and laundry service were outstanding. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were not overbig but very tastefully appointed. We loved the outside lounging area with open fire and had dinner there every evening. Food and drinks were delicious.

Hard to find negatives. Perhaps the air conditioning could be upgraded to be slightly less noisy.

Fabulous hotel, among the best and most unique places we have visited. The location is hands down astonishing, set up in an oasis in the middle of the driest most spectacular scenery. The welcome ice tea drink and relaxed personalised check in was up there with Asian luxury hotel standards. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, very subtly tidied twice a day, never disturbing us whilst in the room. All of the rooms have a unique view onto the garden and mountains, very quiet and private. As mentioned in most reviews, the trips to the main sights were fantastically organised by the hotel’s guides and well worth joining (would definitely consider the all inclusive package). We appreciated the small throughtful details like trail nut mix, chocolates and water refills available in the lobby for guests to pack for long trips in the Atacama. Breakfast choice was excellent, including fruit and vegetable choices, and truly felt like a plentiful oasis. A special mention to the staff led by Mrs Rosario, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay to the fullest. Truly fantastic stay
