The hotel location was exceptional. The service was good especially Jose was very helpful as I am disabled. Thank you very much.

I think the worst thing about the hotel was the breakfast, especially on the second day. It was served with old bread and cold hot food. I think also the distance to the swimming pool is a bit disappointing

Staff were super helpful, considering my lack of language skills.

My key card continued not to work. On the last day staff suggested I not keep the key card with my phone. I did not know that it could be affecting the card . Was late advise given when I was leaving 🤪

We had a great stay at MR Apart Hotel! Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs, with a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying, and we really appreciated that they offered a gluten-free option on request. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants and just a short walk to the ParqueMet cable car, which made exploring the city easy and fun. While the decor and furnishings in the room felt a bit outdated, everything was clean and functional, and it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of our stay. Would happily recommend for a convenient and comfortable visit to Santiago!

Location is excellent if you need to move around Providencia and use metro to go around Good service to keep your bags and coordinate a taxi to the airport

Breakfast was regular, noisy children and a control that looks like a jail. Unfriendly. I stayed in the area that was under remodelation and I was not expecting that. Not noise but looking bad. Manager was unkind when it comes to explain the IVA.

We had a very large one bedroom apartment that was very clean and comfortable with an excellent shower room. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the buffet breakfast was very good and the location felt very safe and was close to a superb bar/restaurant area. Overall - a bargain price for the location and facilities.

Brilliant location - Providencia is safe and family friendly, and has good restaurants and shops. There were a lot of options at breakfast to cater to all tastes.

Good for a quick stopover in Santiago, but wouldn't stay here for too long as it's quite basic.

The cost was reasonable and room clean and comfortable if quite tired and in need of a make over

Staff weren't very helpful and the entrance to the apartments was hidden away which made us feel like 2nd class compared to the hotel customers No iron or plug in room

Nice and spacious. Good to have a kitchen. Liked the pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s an apartment. There’s a building inside the hotel. The view from the room is poor. The rules are inconsistent cause are the rules of the building and not from the hotel.

The location, near the subway, good breakfast .

The Apart hotel is like another building into the same building, starting on the fifth floor, the Hotel looks new and renewed, the apart hotel looks not in the best conditions, old, with different entrances and elevators.
