Wonderful cabins. Coming after long days in the park in late autumn into the warm and cozy cabin felt like coming home. The Kitchener made it very easy to be self sufficient. Especially for making breakfasts and lunches for pre-dawn departures to the park.

There was nothing not to like in this place. It was kind of perfect and the price was very reasonable.

We were only there one night but it was clean and pleasant, convenient nice bathroom, nice shower, very comfortable firm bed, kitchenette and fridge if you needed it. It was right near the center of town but on a quiet street so it was very quiet. I will stay there again if I am ever in that part of the world.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms right in the center of Puerto Natales. Estrella at reception was a wonderful resource for restaurant reccomendations, scheduling transit when needed, and they also were able to store extra luggage for me while I was trekking Torres Del Paine. Highly reccomend as your base in Puerto Natales.

Just a few comments to improve the unit….. hooks to hang clothes, and a light in the dark shower. Also the stools are not comfortable

The kitchenette was basic but was great for a night. Bed was comfortable. Nice to be able to step outside so easily. Very short walk to the water. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very stylish and comfortable rooms hidden away just off the main street. Reception was friendly and helpful. We stayed here on the nights before and after the W trek and the hotel was happy to store luggage. We liked the industrial chic decor. Nice handicraft shop in front too.

We stayed for one additional night when returning from TdP national park multi day trek. Estrella had stored our bags and put them back in our room for our arrival. Much appreciated. She also arranged for a taxi to pick us up very early and bring us to the airport. She made great recommendations for dinner too. Great pricing for such a high value stay.

It did get a little chilly when the weather turned to high winds but we didn't investigate turning on the heating so potentially something that could have been avoided by us!

The bungalows are nicely tucked away from th street. Such nice facilities. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our host let us store bags while we were travelling for several days in TdP national park, and they kindly put the bags back into the room when we returned for additional nights stay.

Liked everything

Lovely clean apartment. About 5 min walk to the boardwalk or downtown. Friendly staff…loved it. We stayed here a couple nights before doing the o circuit and then for a night after. They stored our luggage for free.

We were so happy with the stay. Lovely pool and area to relax. The breakfast was great and a quick walk to town for dinner. The area was safe and we had a large room. Would definitely stay here again.

- Sometimes the shower was too hot or too cold, it was difficult to get it just right but could be due to other properties using water at the same time! Didn’t impact our stay much and would still recommend highly

- Spacious and comfortable bungalow with good utilisation of space and enough storage - The staff were incredible and so helpful with booking us taxis, storing our luggage etc. nothing asked for was too much - Great location and very central

Amazing room, clean, hospitable. Hot water is a bit iffy. But, there is hot water. Turn up the radiator.
