In my room, the sink and shower water was warm, not hot. My room was kept too hot, so I had to cool the steam source to the radiator. Most of the staff did not speak English, but a few of the staff were very good at English.

Close walking distance to my meeting at the Hotel Wyndham Pettra. Good view of the snow-covered volcanos, close to restaurants downtown. Generous breakfast, friendly staff members.

We stayed in one of the family rooms, the windows did not open, the one that did was broken and the smaller bathroom wasn't very clean. Other than that it was amazing, would definitely stay again!

The view was amazing, and th breakfast options were very tasty.

I didn’t like the fact the fact that there wasn’t any air conditioning.

Our room location was not great, right next to lobby, first floor. Unless hotel was full, they could have given us a better, quieter location.

Hotel location good, right across street from the lake, walkable to downtown shops and restaurants.

Having to pay Vat of 19 percent because I used a debit. Obviously a bit shifty but I should not assume integrity exists .

Breakfast was ample but coffee and scrambled eggs not toy taste.

I have no complaints!

This place lives up to its name! It has a truly spectacular view. The room was also extremely comfortable, the hotel lounge was a perfect place to get some work done if needed, and the breakfast was scrumptious.

Scrambled eggs are the worst I have had anywhere in the world. Too runny and sloppy. Each day I looked but avoided them.

Location to centre, superb views and comfortable big room.

While the restaurant has a great view the food was underwhelming in comparison to other restaurants we went to. We loved the large guest sitting area but did not enjoy the large screen TV being on constantly- definitely put us off spending much time there.

We loved the view!! The staff were very friendly and helpful - reception and cleaning staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Very central. Good breakfast. Great bar with a wonderful view. The hotel has character.

The room looked a bit tired but was clean. Parking was a little tricky but probably normal for Chile.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They persisted with our very poor Spanish and helped us with a smile. The restaurant had an excellent menu with delicious meals. The view of the volcanoes from our room was spectacular.

The lake view from the room, that they are pet friendly, the amazing breakfast, the pool and the relaxing massages. They have parking. The delicious restaurant and the excellent room service they provide.

The eggs in the breakfast set-up were runny - almost like they had not been fully cooked. There were other breakfast options to make up for this. Rooms are dated.

The view from the room was wonderful - look across the street to the beautiful lake. The bathroom was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. Near the lobby there is a central room with a fireplace plus a couple other rooms with tables and views of the lake where one can relax with their travel partners.

Great location with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were helpful and there was an excellent restaurant onsite with a 10% discount for guests.

Carpet is old and looks dirty. Rooms could definitely use new curtains.

The location is excellent. We were on the lake side and was maybe a bit noisy as the late night crowd went home. Very nice and comfortable stay otherwise

- The isolation to the street. It can get quite noisy a main street just outside and people hanging out outside the hotel. Cigarette smoke could come inside too. - Some minor issues with the communication with the staff. We were told there was always going to be hot water available at the entrance and that was not the case. It was not clear that we had to book a slot in the pool in the morning hours. The pool staff was nice to let us in anyway though. Easily improved issues :)

It is time for the hotel to change the bathroom towels, they are really over used. They do not look clean anymore.

Location was excellent! This hotel is in front of Villarrica lake with an spectacular view to Osorno Volcano.
