There was quite a few stairs to get to and from our room and some might find this challenging. We (>70 years old) didn't mind the exercise. (The staff takes the luggage to the room using a power lift)

We liked everything about this property. The room was very well appointed with a nice mountain view in a quiet location. Parking was gated and very secure. The location is ~1 km from the town and we often walked the road instead of using our car. Wi-fi was accessible in our room.

Beautiful and unique. A special place to spend a few days in the Elqui Valley. We stayed in the deluxe suite which sparkled with quartz stone and had a private terrace overlooking the valley. It was amazing to sit and watch the hummingbirds. The swimming pool was gorgeous, set in beautifully-landscaped gardens with fruit trees and shrubs. Claudia was the perfect host and treated us as friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place to stay! Cabana was very comfortable and has all amenities you need! Locked parking and the property is very safe. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved it so much, we extended our stay 3 days!! Location is great too with beautiful views of the valley. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Chile!!

This is an amazing property! A few different buildings tucked into the hill surrounded by rock walls and gardens and even a pool. Our cabana had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a wood burning stove to warm up the space and a huge terrace to enjoy the view of the surrounding hills. The bed was the most comfortable one we have had on our trip! Maria, the owner, provided lots of local suggestions, some home made Pisco and jam as well as some fresh fruit from the property!

The location is a little outside of the center of activity of the town; I found this optimal but some may not.

The Cabana was spacious, nicely constructed and maintained, and had good spaces for different moods. The outdoor patio was a wonderful place to see the stars or spend some time reading. Bed big and comfortable, bathroom facilities excellent.

What I didn't like was that I could not stay longer

This property was an amazing find! In my opinion, everything written regarding this property, almost all positive, does not fully capture just how wonderful this place really is. It is conveniently situated on a hillside amongst the many tourist sites and wineries in the Pisco Elqui valley. The property itself is immaculate. The architecture of the buildings and the overall property layout is quite impressive. It’s beautifully landscaped with flora and has some very impressive stone work. You can really feel that the property owner put a lot of effort into making this property a peaceful sanctuary. It really does feel like an oasis. The suite we stayed in was spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a mini-kitchen that was also spacious, clean and fully equipped. We had no problem using any of the utensils. The bathroom was also pristine and quite large. We also had our own private patio, with seating and a barbeque grill. It also provided an amazing stargazing experience. In the morning, we would walk out onto the patio and enjoy views of perfectly aligned grape vines and fruit trees backed by a beautiful picturesque view of the rolling hills of the Pisco Elqui valley. The property is equipped with a beautifully situated swimming pool that is very tranquil. Each suite has their own assigned lounges which is really nice! There is a small town down the road where you could get some groceries, if you choose, or there are several nice restaurants. There are also several wineries in the area that serve food and allow you to enjoy a Pisco Sour amongst the vineyards.

Claudia is by far the best host we've ever had on any of our travels. She picked us up from the town square when we arrived and dropped us off when we left. She was always so friendly and polite. She gave us lots of tips and reccomendations and was always willing to help. You will not meet a host as brilliant as Claudia. Cabanas Caballeri is an absolutely stunning place to stay. It is well kept and the grounds and rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool area is so relaxing. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped for us to cook our own meals and finally the view from the room was perfect - we are sad to be leaving. Do not hesitate to book this place!

I loved everything. No complain.

This was an amazing hidden gem. Staff were so friendly and helped us with our bags. It looks like a little hidden oasis. Staff also provided us with so many options of what to do in town from eating as well as sites. We had to see. The rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned and we had perfect access to the pool.

This is not connected with the Cabañas Caballeri, but with the nearby town in general. The town is cozy, but tiny. It has just smallish shops with basic goods and foods and no pharmacy. Keep that in mind while planning your trip, especially if you travel without a car. On the other hand, there are a lot of good places to eat and a distillery, which gives very nice tours.

We loved every minute of our stay here! The territory is very beautiful, with a lot of trees and flowers. After living for a few years in the desert region in the north of Chile it was a very nice change! Our cabin (the one on the very top) was gorgeous and equipped with everything one might need and even more. Yes, as mentioned in other comments, one has to climb stairs to get to the majority of the cabins, but from my point of view it's worth it. We stayed here at the end of August 2023 and could enjoy the super moon in all it's glory. The stuff was most welcoming and helpful, we were greeted with a bottle of pisco sour, provided with a list of restaurants and places to go in the neighborhood, and also got help with transfer from the cabañas to Pisco Elqui.

Cabanas Caballieri is amazing! My daughter and I traveled to Pisco Elqui to stargaze and stayed in the Cabaña Cuarzo unit. The interior and exterior surroundings were beautiful! Absolutely wonderful!

Not a con - but would recommend having a hire car as not many things within walking distance in the hot weather.

Beautiful spaceous cabaña with all the necessities inside. Incredible view of the valley. Gorgeous grounds and pool area to relax in. Host Claudia was so kind and helpful.
